The newly released document dump is just that…a dump. However, we have now learned that Tony Lazzarro, Casey Anthony’s boyfriend at the time of Caylee’s disappearance, worked undercover for the police and tried to obtain information from Casey’s brother Lee Anthony. Here is a link: Tony Lazarro-Wired for Sound

Interesting enough, he said that both times Casey ran out of gas it was around 11:00 a.m. when she called. He also stated that one could tell that the abandoned car had been pushed into the Amscot and said an African-American man helped her move the car out of the street. And, it sounds as if he had been to the Anthony home on more than one occasion prior to breaking into the shed for gas cans back in June.-Lazarro’s Interview with Police. Something else I found interesting was that Lee had learned someone had broken into Lazarro’s apartment at one time. (Lazarro-wired for sound link).

Private investigator James Hoover plays the buffoon in his interview as he goes on and on about what the Anthonys’ ate the night they stayed at the Ritz, which was bankrolled by ABC in hopes of gaining a competitive advantage on the story that had just broke about the remains of little Caylee being found near the Anthony home off Suburban Dr. He even insinuates that Cindy Anthony has a thing for Dominic Casey, the other private investigator, and the only one hired by both the Anthony family and Casey’s attorney Jose Baez. He also regales the officers with a tale of two lovers sharing a stick of licorice through a hole in a glass/screen as Casey and Baez meet to discuss her defense. Lol! And, to heighten the suspense, he describes Cindy Anthony taking a cross left by presumably protesters into the backyard and beating the dickens out of it with a baseball bat-perhaps she should have taken Hoover into the backyard and hit a home run! Here is a link to his interview: Hoover Sucks The Life Out of The Anthony Saga!

Amazingly, this expert investigator is either sandbagging or flat-out lying when he said he taped over the footage of Dominic Casey searching the area where Caylee Anthony was found by meter reader Roy Kronk on December 11th.  Hmmmmmmmm!

And, Roy Kronk, well, I don’t know what to make of him. He states he parked his truck, put on the lights so it would appear as if he were working, takes his “work stick” and goes into the woods to urinate. Is is against county policy to take a piss in the woods? I know in some states it is illegal to spit on the sidewalk.  Anywhooooo, he locates the bag he says he called police about back in August, thumps it with his ’stick’ and out rolls a child’s duct taped skull! Here is a link to his interview: Kronk Interview 12/11/08 His calls to the police are in the sidebar if you are interested.

Another document states that a woman claims her daughter, a dead ringer for Casey Anthony, met her in a pool hall in September of 2007…yep, I can’t make this stuff up! This is a  must read-see page 20: Casey Duplicate

And, many text messages were released, however, you are left to decide who is texting whom. Here is a link: Texts

If you care to figure it out, there is a link in the sidebar under Casey Anthony Case Documents that leads to docstoc, where most of the older documents are at; many photos as well. You may also access the videos by clicking at the bottom of the video sidebar.

Have fun! And, feel free to voice you comments below!

And, remember…Lee is NOT Caylee’s father (p.46)…that was a rumor to gain media attention and keep the story going at the expense of others!

A video of the photos found on her computer:

Judge Strickland is considering allowing the economic charges-Amy’s stolen checks-to be tried after the murder one trial on grounds of judicial economy. Jose Baez has asked to waive rights to a speedy trial on this matter as a conviction would hurt the defense in the upcoming murder trial. Baez maintains they can always go back and demand a speedy trial at a latter date though today they wish to waive the statutory limit of 175 days. Below is an interview with Baez and the pretrial hearing.   Source WFTV:

Will Casey being found guilty of the check charges change the way the public already fees about her and the case?

What happens if she is convicted of murder one first…will they then put her on trial for the stolen checks? If so, how important will it be then?

Should filicide be considered differently than homicide in Casey Anthony’s murder trial? A Miami lawyer, Terence Lenamon, has compiled a 30-page packet outlining why prosecutors should not seek the death penalty for Casey’s role in Caylee Anthony’s disappearance–though ruled death based on novel evidence as the Body Farm is still in the experimental phase of science, according to Lenamon.

Lenamon plans to stress Casey’s bizarre behavior after her child went missing and the emotional changes that took place after the birth of Caylee Anthony, when Casey was only 19-years-old. He maintains that the death of the child was not the work of a cold, calculating, murderess, but that of a distressed, emotionally disturbed mother like others convicted of filicide-murdering their own children–Susan Smith, Andrea Yates, and Anita Simmons.

Though the State Attorney’s Office has not confirmed the contents of the packet, the Orlando Sentential has obtained a report of the contents from Lenamon–which is said to contain photos of Casey Anthony when she was a child herself–at this time the contents are not of public record.

Texas EquuuSearch, along with Leonard Padilla and other bounty hunters, is back in Orlando and as many as 3000 volunteers are expected to search the surrounding areas in hopes of bringing Caylee home for a proper burial. Should her body be found, all ‘novel’ evidence will more than likely be disregarded. In fact, I can only imagine a crowd of 3000 shouting “Yippee!!!!”

Oddly enough, Orlando News 9 aired a video with George and Cindy smiling, and suggesting they may know something about where Caylee is, and that she is alive and well. I personally think this is an older video and why it is aired at this time is beyond me.

Does that look old or what?!!!! (Check out the link underlined above)

Another grueling day for volunteer searchers in Orange County Fla. continues after Texas based EquuSearch returns to pick up where they left off due to the torrential rains that had made their prior search difficult.

Caylee Anthony has been missing for nearly five months now– what are the odds of finding her either dead or alive? Time crucial to locating a ‘live’ Caylee was lost due to her own mother’s negligence to report her daughter missing for a month; more valuable time lost as the media pinned the family down in their own home. This type of hype more than likely made the previous searches much more difficult as many were ready to convict not only Casey, but, her entire family as well. Protesters, some clad in monster costumes, one bringing a gift of a fake headstone, ranted and raved outside while hurling objects at the house and shouting their opinions about the situation.

The cowboy hat wearing, toothpick chewing, bounty hunter that was the first to post the $500,000 bail for Casey Anthony to get out of jail, Leonard Padilla, has returned to assist in the search for the body of Caylee Anthony. He once stated on Nancy Grace that he thought as many as 8,000 volunteers would return to Florida for one of the largest searches ever of a missing person. Those numbers were off by a mile– as of yesterday evening, most news channels were reporting that somewhere between 1,000-1,500 volunteers turned out to comb through dense foliage and swampy grounds. Some even brought their own cadaver dogs! I don’t know much about those animals, but, if they can pick up a scent after five months– despite bad weather conditions– then, I’m all for them!

At least this time there seems to be more of a move to “pull together” to locate Caylee. Mark NeJame, attorney of George and Cindy Anthony, has donated space for Equusearch to meet and brief team leaders. Some media sources are reporting both sides of the story-few– though, I seriously doubt it will ever be CNN’s famous, fist pounding, Nancy Grace.

Tim Miller said it best in a report from the Orlando Sentinel:

“This is about Caylee and solely about Caylee,” Miller said. “I want everyone to leave their attitudes and egos at home.”

If you wish to help EquuSearch-they need another 2,000 volunteers–or KidFinders you may obtain information through the underlined links.

Caylee, we all love you and pray for your return!

More than 2000 ‘HEROS,’ including Padilla’s 500, –too many 00’s–5 bounty hunter friends, showed up for the weekend search for missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony, led by Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch. Miller feels, as do many, Caylee’s body will never be found; Casey is the only one with the answers and she isn’t talking. George and Cindy Anthony feel the same way; she won’t be found because she isn’t dead.

David Lohr of Investigation Discovery thanked online supporters for their help; some even sent water via a taxi. He reported several items being found at the search sites and the information was promptly leaked via the Internet. Among those items found by volunteers and forensics’ students are: children’s underwear; a plastic bag with shoes; a rubber glove; animal bones with organs; and, –for pete’s sake-a machete! ….AND-A SET OF BEADS FORMED IN A CROSS IDENTICAL TO ONE PADILLA’S INVESTIGATOR WORE! …. This item was found on the first search (August)-hanging in a tree– and they are still investigating the significance of the beaded cross. Why wait so long to bring that up?

I don’t know what those students are studying that participated in the search efforts, but, I bet they got an ear full,…er…,eye full online– before, during, and after the search. And, on the same note, yet somehow dissimilar…

Elizabeth Randall of Orlando Education Examiner defended Colonial High School, where Casey once attended, stating she (Casey) may be giving the school a ‘bum rap.’

On a Topix blog, former classmate Rob Swiebel described Casey as “normal,”  ”popular,” “fun loving,” and “very smart.” She belonged to a travel club and liked photography.

“Being brought up at Colonial High School, you know, like, not to trust authorities; I mean, that’s just life at Colonial,” Swiebel said. “You don’t really learn a lot about books. You get street smart from that school; you’re definitely street smart.” Swiebel continued to describe how different high school life was at Colonial.

While browsing through documents–I’ll find it if you are interested– I read where one guy posted that he had actually spent time with Caylee after the first of July-he has been subpoenaed. (I don’t think Casey is the only one needing someone with a book of psychiatrist’s terms to diagnose her “ugly mind,” –according to Padilla). It’s starting to sound like that case in which those morons flew back that one guy–first class,no less– champagne and all– claiming he had gone abroad to teach and get a sex change…you know…ole’ whatchamacallit guy.

My favorite part of the news coverage of today’s search was when Richard Grund, father to Casey’s former fiancée, led the group in prayer. (David Lohr shot some great footage). He reminded many of the times and seasons of “our lives” by quoting scripture  that many only remember through the lyrics of a once popular song–’For everything, turn, turn, turn,…there is a season, turn, turn, turn..

Leonard Padilla, the California bounty hunter, known to many through the Nancy Grace Show (birds of a feather stick together), has returned to Orlando to not only assist in Tim Miller’s search, but to conduct his own.

Padilla has formed his own conclusions of Caylee’s whereabouts based on some tawdry craft bead project discovered by the woman, while in his employment, that stayed inside the Anthony home for ten days after Padilla first posted her $500,000 bond. The beaded cross was found in August near the site the divers searched today. Padilla is convinced Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains must reside in the Econ River in Jay Blanchard Park.

Divers, news crews, and onlookers spent most of the day combing the area, though Equusearch, one of the best in the business, had previously swept the area with their specialized personnel, equipment, and even employed sonar.

However, Padilla is convinced that Caylee Anthony is indeed dead and has taken it upon himself to hold a memorial service for a little girl, of no relation to him, that a community, not yet fully aware of all the details of the situation, may have closure. This ceremony will be held despite the relatives wishes.

George and Cindy Anthony showed up today to make a stand against this latest–stunt??–only to be embroiled by pushy cameramen on pushy news crews. They really didn’t seem all that angry to me as I noticed Cindy hugging Rob Dick…but, others are reporting it differently. Take a look and see what you think:

George and Cindy in Jay Blanchard Park video

I have never been through what the Anthony family has been through, and I hope I never have to go through that. But, I am amazed that someone would take it upon themselves to bury someone else’s relative, when in fact there has been no body produced to clarify that person is even dead yet. I guess I just don’t get it–What has Leonard been drinking?

Today a prayer service, conducted by Richard Grund, father of Casey Anthony’s former fiancée, was held by the Econ River in Jay Blanchard Park to commemorate the radiant little brown-eyed girl most of America has become attached to through continuous media reports of her strange and mysterious disappearance-Caylee Marie Anthony. Grund reminded us all about the true meaning of love by quoting I Corinthians 13:4

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

Hopefully, many hearts were healed through his words and those who searched relentlessly may now leave knowing they’ve done everything possible to do right by Caylee. (I only wish he had been more vocal during the season of protesters!) He also reminded everyone how this small child was in no way insignificant in her walk in life, as she brought people together, both near and far, and played a vital role in our lives as there are many more “Caylees” out there-unnoticed–that need attention and love as well.

After watching the video, I felt as if Grund had compassion for the grandparents, as well as the concerned citizens’ affected by Caylee’s disappearance, by mentioning the difference between love and evidence…leaving one to ponder the meaning of the term agape love.

It is understandable that the grandparents were put off by Padilla’s use of the word memorial–by definition it could be interpreted two different ways: 1) Something that is intended to remind people of somebody who has died or an event in which people died, e.g. a statue, speech, or ceremony, or 2) intended as a reminder of a person or event or as a celebration of somebody’s life and work.

To paraphrase of quote of Yogi Beara-if you see a fork in the road, take it.

Apparently the sighting of Caylee in a Winn-Dixie store Saturday in Gainsville was not Caylee. I can only imagine how that tugs at the grandparents heartstrings every time a negative lead is followed; still, some still hold out hope beautiful Caylee is still alive.

Was Padilla feeding his own ego by selecting the Jay Blanchard Park area for the site of the memorial (prayer service)? Isn’t this where he once said Casey told him-or Rob Dick–that Zani jumped her and took Caylee while giving her a 30 day script to follow? I wonder if that beaded cross found on the tree was part of the original script, or, if that was just,… I don’t know …something extra.

Where could Caylee be?

Padilla doesn’t know, EquuSearch didn’t locate her, telephone pings, ding-a-lings and sidekick investigators have failed.

Here is what we do know:

  • Last seen June 15th/Fathers Day-photos with great-grandfather.

  • “Flurry” of cell calls the day after.
  • Confronted about stolen gas cans (24th)-no smell in car reported.

  • Car had supposedly ran out of gas twice prior to Caylee’s disappearance

  • Cindy confronts George about open side gate/swimming pool ladder down (what date?)

  • Neighbor reported seeing her with person in green truck prior to disappearance.
  • Car ditched at Amscot on the 26th-towed on 30th-Manager called after three days

  • Goes on spending spree with Amy’s checks-after dumping car in front of check cashing place-buys a lot of groceries and lingerie-pays humongous cell phone bill- Casey had two phones (may have lost one, it’s difficult to keep track of phones when you are changing SIM cards frequently).
  • Registered letter didn’t reach Anthony address until July 15th ?-claims in video he found it on porch? ( Johnson’s tow co. required to mail notification of impounded car after four days).

  • July 15th/Pick up car-horrible scent (guy at tow yard said it was similar to another car he had in which a fellow committed suicide in a few months prior-two dead bodies in one year)-gas gauge on empty (though Casey had previously thought there was something wrong with the gas gauge/no gas on half tank)-purse in car/carseat/naked doll (??)-maggot infested trash bag/pizza box tossed there-detergent stain in trunk-Arm & Hammer  ) :) Hmmmmmmm….

  • Cindy calls 911-car “smells like a dead body ” has been in it (continues to complicate the issue by being herself-terrible spokesperson-hires Larry Garrison)

  • Casey had mentioned horrible smell prior-June 22/text to Amy-TWO dead squirrels!! (Someone else claims she asked for help with the bad smell-was that person arrested?)

  • No smell reported on her clothing anytime prior to leaving the car at the Amscot (16th-26th is 10 days to get yourself smelly if you are driving the car) No one noticed a smell about the car prior to being towed on the 30th.
  • Most think she killed Caylee on June 16th-proof(phone record pings)-rents new release video at blockbuster (getting new ideas on how to dispose of the body I suppose)“Untraceable” (Even Padilla failed getting into her “ugly mind”) Guess that “mind”came from “Double Trouble Squared” in which the babysitter was named Zanni.
  • Some claim she was on the phone for 21 hours out of a 24 hour day (wouldn’t she be too tired to bury someone with only three hours sleep/how can you dig with a phone in your hands…don’t you need two hands?)
  • Borrows neighbor’s shovel (18th-24th) -no more than one hour of use-backs into garage. (neighbor thinks Anthony’s fence is 10′ high, while his is only 4′)
  • Someone reported seeing Caylee in the airport on July 2nd (maybe heading to Ga.?)
  • Casey is known as a liar-she is 22 years old (all her friends have demonstrated they know the difference between fact and fiction)
  • Friends (?) are party animals too-keep their cell phones updated/many dress in plastic and are still considered intellectuals.
  • Ex-boyfriends are interviewed-it’s like “The World According to Garp.”
  • Friends at airport July 2nd to drop off/pick up guests at different times (one is curious of money spent on babysitter)-other friends leave for Puerto Rico on a staggered schedule-stopping @/Boston/D.C.
  • Best friend Amy has sleepwalking problems-changes clothes during sleep/may hide cash
  • Latest boyfriend manages nightclub Fusion-she works for him as a shot girl-everyone knows this except his closest friends and roommate.
  • Mysterious hair found on neighbors shovel-not Casey’s, Caylee’s, or any family members hair-shovel retrieved more than a month after it was borrowed.

  • Missing child site with Tupac quote searched a couple months earlier

  • Photo with statement regarding death penalty on computer (child looking at hanging teddy bear)

  • 1500 leads given to Anthonys-most tips were from self-annointed “psychics.”

  • Casey claims the mysterious babysitter is from three locations-So. Fla., No. Carolina, and NY…she is of African-American/Puerto Rican descent.

  • Babysitter Zani has three last names: Fernandez-Estrada-Gonzalez
  • Gave Caylee to babysitter in grocery store once (Winn-Dixie), last seen on Sawgrass Apt. #210 steps. (Spotted in Winn-Dixie/Ga. in Nov-not Caylee)
  • Recipes for chloroform searched on computer (Updated from “original chloroform search”)
  • Dogs hit on three areas in back yard.

  • Grandparents are pinned down in their own home by media-exercising their right to freedoms-point out property lines-point out that the grandparents aren’t following the leads, i.e., Ga., Tx., Mexico,-angry protesters soon follow-goal:destroy neighborhood -mission accomplished -(though they claim they are just trying to help them during their denial phase/this would not have happened had they produced a perfect child… Casey)

  • Both lawyers were recommended

  • Search sites had false evidence placed on them-Size 6 Disney dress, clothing the size of Casey, children’s backpacks here and there, animal bones in blankets, beaded cross, etc. (Over zealous media?) People even call great-grandparents and harass them (leave recording of crying baby).

  • Psychics see lots of different colored flowers/street names/have psychic dogs too-people suggest looking for different colored suitcases.
  • Nancy Grace/Mark Furhman/Padilla followers exhibit moronic behavior patterns-local media not much better-(Geraldo-famous for exposee on cult activity/only one allowed in Padilla’s RV-shows photos on his show stating Casey is “feeling up” another girl) Padilla claims she (Casey) was given a 30 day script in Blanchard Park in June-site of last prayer service (memorial) where beaded cross was found hanging on tree by Little Econ River back in Aug. by a volunteer (two different names reported having found it).

  • Protesters show up dressed in monster costumes (“Monster” was a movie about a female serial killer in Fla.)-dressed as Casey w/sunglasses-brought headstones-abused their children in the street-antagonized the entire Anthony family-mocked/assaulted them (Mostly Nancy Grace/Padilla fans…some may even think the local media is normal…according to their standards) Where in the heck is Dr. Phil?
  • One protester (name? oh yeah, Gonzales!) claims Casey was into the drug ecstasy (friends (?) say drug use only recently/new beau)-accompanied by elderly woman with funeral home background- give Cindy a piece of their mind–others steal trash.
  • Police arrest Casey on economic charges in front of media-Nancy Grace Show-Homicide Det. sent-three bad checks at Target/one for cash/one to pay the ridiculous phone bill. (She may get 70 years for that $1100 theft alone).
  • Three police officers lose their jobs (one remains a mystery).

  • One (NYItaliaono3) referred to her babysitter as an “offspring handler.” He had been called upon once for assistance when she had two flats in one night.
  • Someone tells police where firearm is hidden in George’s SUV–tire well–lights, action, camera!
  • State releases documents with peoples names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc. (They can’t be responsible for the negligence of their employees).
  • Bloggers-rant and rave/threaten other bloggers/nit-pick issues such as driving records/spout psychobabble/ try to form large group affiliations to boycott any defense or searches for child (or just trying to get more clicks on their site).

  • Shallow minded people wondering when/who are getting makeovers–compare case to OJ Simpson–DNA again!
  • Spokesman Larry Garrison fired! (Wasn’t he affiliated with some other well known case?)
  • Some even suggest that she should have been let go and followed…would that car with the DNA- partial hair, and chloroform residue be here today?…………………………………… What’s that you say?

All this for just one TWO-year old little girl!

Does anyone have a clue as to where Caylee may be?

Leonard Padilla has truly lost all contact with the world as we know it today. After viewing media and reading statements he has made, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit that he would be able to pass a polygraph; he is so accustomed to lying that he puts even Casey Anthony to shame. I don’t know who said they thought that he was credible, but I can’t help but think they were cut from the same cloth.

Was it just me, or did anyone else hear him say in a video that he was doing this out of “spite” because Casey wouldn’t tell him where Caylee was?

He rode into the Orlando area on the pretense he was going to help find Caylee, though he was told in the beginning by her attorney he would not be allowed to question her. He got on national television and stated she wouldn’t tell him a thing; he later said she told him that Zani took Caylee away from Casey in Blanchard Park. Hmmm! Every time he speaks it is a contradiction of what he last said…I’m not sure if he even remembers what he said; I’m certain his fans must not.

Not only is he a bounty hunter, he has apparently opened up his own branch of criminal profilers, perhaps with a secret service emphasis (noting the beads and that they were the same as Casey’s), and is trying to become the marketing agent for EquuSearch, and has enlisted the help of an online news agency. Yes, he was able to co-ordinate volunteer divers, the lead man being an ex-deputy;makes me wonder if he hasn’t other long range plans in mind. Guess that ole’ cowboy is plannin’ on ’s@ittin‘ in tall cotton.’

His newest theory is that Casey fished Caylee out of the swimming pool with the neighbor’s shovel and then put her body in the Little Econ river in Jay Blanchard Park. He claims Casey wouldn’t want to get herself wet! That is rather doubtful since there are many photos with her in a bathing suit-she does live in Florida!!

I’ve always wondered if that is the same toothpick or does he change it out from time to time? The clothing always looks the same-part of the ‘tough cowboy’ image I suppose. What was that sticking down the back of his pants when he was seen with arguing with Cindy and George in Jay Blanchard Park the day before he planned a “memorial” service for Caylee-THEIR granddaughter? Is that a stick, knife, or what? Is he trying to look sexy? If so, perhaps he should try sticking a potato down his pants…but, at least put it in the front!

Today George and Cindy Anthony held the Meet & Greet for Kid Finders, the non-profit organization that has been assisting in their search for their missing 3-year-old granddaughter—despite protesters—despite media–despite their own daughter. Can you blame them? Look at this video to see why they refuse to give up–you’ve probably seen it before–if not, enjoy:

Rumors about movie and book deals have surfaced over the last few months, as the Anthony family has tried relentlessly to carry on with their lives while searching for their granddaughter, only to have their mission complicated by public perception. Online petitions, based on rumors, have created more chaos and problems for not only the Anthonys, but also other families of other missing people as well. They did gather more than 7,000 signatures online; however, that number is too low for even the entertainment industry to stand up and take notice.

After George and Cindy Anthony let Larry Garrison go on grounds he was allegedly profiting from family photos, Casey’s lawyer, Jose Baez, enlisted another high profile person to join his defense team–Dr. Henry Lee. Both Dr. Lee and Garrison worked on the Jon Benet Ramsey case, and Dr. Lee was also involved with the OJ Simpson case in 1994 as well. It only stands to reason that there WILL be books and there WILL be a movie–regardless–the public is too infatuated as it is right now…Oh well, we all have our cross to bear.

Padilla’s recent findings have done everything but keep the focus where it should be–he was taken in for a polygraph-(that’s egg on your face Padilla)-some think he may have planted those items in the water–which makes him rather upset. The media, on the scene before the crack of dawn, had been in Jay Blanchard Park watching his volunteer Blackwater divers dredge the river bottom, ridding it of bags of unwanted toys and shamrocks for the last couple of days–they may return Monday. (Shouldn’t the Sierra Club be available for that type of environmental cleanup?)

Tim Miller stated on the Nancy Grace Show that Padilla had approached him about using his divers to locate Caylee’s body in the area he is currently searching and–pointing out the financial rewards of finding her body THERE–he also implied that Miller’s crew had merely given up their search, though Equusearch had already cleared the area after using side-scan sonar equipment to determine there was NO body there. While others may feel Tim may be green with envy–”blarney” I say!–Padilla stands his ground claiming he doesn’t have to redeem himself to anybody.

Leonard Padilla began his search after holding a ‘prayer vigil’–not memorial– for Caylee on 11/11 in which Richard Grund spoke encouraging words from the Bible.

Tim Miller is heard on the Nancy Grace Show, in a heart-wrenching call, pleading for everyone to please

Put the focus back on Caylee!!!!!!!

It is clear that his concern for locating Caylee-dead or alive- could never be questioned…at least to me. You can listen here. (Thank you Dalia, for all that you do!) Even with all the negative reactions, rumors, etc., Tim Miller is proud to announce that more than 85 people in the Orlando area have joined in his mission to be there during the TIME OF NEED for a family when a loved one has vanished–A reminder from Grund’s sermon at the Little Econ River 11/11/08:

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.                     I Corinthians 13:4

The Anthony family has allowed reporters into their home once again to tell their side of what happened after Casey was bonded out of jail and to tell others what their life has been like ever since.

They told of Casey’s sleeping arrangements; Padilla’s inside woman tells a different and more interesting story…at least for NG viewers, and from Padilla himself:

Despite negative reports of the Kid Finders organization, which is assisting in their search for Caylee, they feel as if the non-profit org. has sincerely helped them in their time of need. They were the one to donate the huge black billboard that George Anthony was seen driving around Orlando with Caylee’s photo on the side.

It seems many of these so-called organizations are competing; I have read negative things about Equusearch as well. I can’t understand why petty jealousy gets in the way of locating Caylee. I do feel as if Tim Miller runs an upfront organization, whereas I have serious doubts about the one in which the Anthonys’ are now involved. Telling someone you are “their worst nightmare’ isn’t too reassuring, in my mind at least. Granted, the media is way out of control–to say something like that only draws more of their kind. They aren’t interested in finding Caylee one way or another–nor is Nancy Grace.

Ms. Grace has set herself up as the psychological guru of the 21st century by embarrassing not only herself, but a guest as well. She claims there is only “one” way to respond after the loss of a loved one, and uses the death of this woman’s husband in her analogy.

Her biased assumptions would lead one to believe all people have the same psychological makeup, physical/medical similarities, background, cultural surroundings, age group, etc.. I don’t know about you, but now I am REALLY beginning to wonder just what she learned at the Body Farm where she once trained.Apparently the psychics are headed back into Orlando–they must be the act that always follows Padilla. The main attraction being Nancy Grace, Padilla is the organ grinder with a couple of monkeys, and now the rest of the freak show….jeez!!!

Today OCSO announced they are not looking for a live Caylee and feel confident they have enough evidence to proceed with the trial of Casey Anthony’s murder charges.

(Special thanks to Dalia for offering sharable videos like the ones on this page)

Sad news came today for the Anthony family as their attorney, Mark NeJame, formally resigned from their case. Not only have they made a decision to become spokespeople for the controversial Kid Finders Organization, they have also decided to let the press back into their home.

They had to have known that the press has at NO time been on their side; one would only need to review the earlier footage shot in front of their home to determine that fact. For someone to believe they would be on their side even now seems rather naive, to me at least. Their viewing audience, of which they are well aware of their demographics, will not allow an “innocent” Anthony family in any way, shape, or form–this isn’t rocket science.

Most news stations appeal through ethos-the use of some authority figure-even if these people haven’t a clue to the situation, e.g., Mark Furhman or Leonard Padilla. Does it matter to them the impact of their stories or the end result? Probably not. They, as many online bloggers, are financed by commercial ads that are in the business of selling products. These people rely on pathos styled writing to win people to their point of view-to attract more viewers-and, sell more products. Unfortunately, there are more people who prefer gossip styled media forms over factual reports-to them it is reality and something they can relate to. The people responsible for this “crap” could care less about their readers, themselves, or even a missing child.

Sensational stories, such as child murders, sell faster than hotcakes; missing children stories do not. The number of missing children each year in America is phenomenal. Most people could care less until it is their child missing. The reality is this: these children do not come from “perfect” homes either.

It would be rather arrogant for me to say what I think they should do since I am not the one in the situation; however, I must say they made a major mistake (IMO) by not following NeJame’s advice. John Q Public is thirsty for blood and he/she has not forgotten the Anthony’s sins–only their own.

The Orlando Sentinel published NeJames resignation today. An excerpt from that letter:

I believe that the singular person out of the 6 billion people in the world who holds the key to finding Caylee is her mother, Casey Anthony. Although I was quite successful in resolving a multitude of matters, I am unable to go further to help George and Cindy find Caylee in my current role. I can only provide my best advice and must respect any client’s prerogative to do what they deem is best, whether they choose to follow my guidance or not. However, there is little value or use I can provide to any client if they choose to act and comment at will.  Mark NeJame

I cringe just thinking about what will become of them in present company without legal representation, especially after all they have already been through; however, that was their decision to make, and not mine. I just pray they heed the words spoken by Grund during Padilla’s make believe “vigil” and recognize the seasons when they come-few people in America today can tolerate any mention of Christianity-Cindy’s statements have once again drawn the wolves to the doorstep.

Many say they believe in freedom, hiding behind the old red/white/blue; when the yellow urine of their own significance bleeds onto the blue, they turn greeen with envy towards anyone trying to locate this little lost child. Some may even hide behind scripture, in a backwards, upside down, kind of way…they are the hyenas that gather their meals by making fodder of those experiencing difficult times.

Perhaps they will realize, after this experience, that passing out fliers will not locate a child that is already highly publicized in the media and let go of all the dead weight keeping them from locating her-dead or alive-regardless of the price Casey may pay. Tim Miller, in my opinion, would be truly dedicated to finding her as he has experienced the loss of a child himself.

I hope they ask themselves one thing-Do “heroes” really need a “production”? It sounds like something Garrison, Padilla, and those associated with and backing them need–not someone trying to retrieve a three-year old.

Perhaps Cindy should go to Home Depot and get a larger whammer!

Double Trouble Squared

Newly released information from the FBI reveals, well, basically, what everyone already knows! Here are a few spicy bits and pieces:

At some point, Casey gave her family her password for the home computer. She changed the password to “timer55.”

“We have no clue what ‘timer55′ is,” Cindy Anthony said.

Earlier in the summer, unbeknownst to Cindy, George had gotten involved with an email scam from the UK thinking he could claim $2.2 million dollars that was in a foreign bank account; thus, maxing out their Mastercard and claiming he lost the money gambling. He lost several thousand dollars.

After Casey’s arrest she stated to her brother, Lee, that the person who had Caylee was trying to teach her a lesson.

“Lee has more information on why Zannie would double crossed her,” Cindy Anthony said, referring to the person who took Caylee gave her 55 days to learn a lesson.

Source

It sounds as if the timer was set long before they discovered the scent of the dead body at the tow yard on July 15th2008.

Let’s see…that’s 11 days from the date the tow yard mailed the registered letter, which was 1 day after the 4th of July, until they found the letter and 1 day after Father’s Day is the day they believe Caylee was abducted…hmmm.

Originally, they were off by 7 days, until they found that video which put their schedule off by one week.

Casey was 22, Caylee 2; the lottery scam was $2.2 million…hmmm.

Padilla holds a “Memorial” for Caylee on 11/11, which is Veterans Day…how peculiar.

He, Padilla, states Casey claimed 7 or 8 times that Zanni took Caylee in the park…Jay Blanchard Park that is.

An earlier video has Cindy telling the detectives that Casey was following “Zanni”, just getting on the on the ramp, when the person (Zanni or Amy) in front was in a terrible accident. Fortunately, Casey was about 8 cars behind and was available to take “Zanni” to the hospital.

I hate the ticking of a clock…don’t you?

Sounds like a couple of eight balls to me! I’m beginning to think the Starbucks Twins had triplets!

The exploitation of missing and/or murdered children has got to be a growing trend. As I read about the case of Caylee Anthony, my mind is drawn to a dark murky quagmire not surrounded by alligators. These type of cases seem to draw the “crème of the crud;” 31 flavors, each more unsavory than the last.

In the beginning it was the local media, and then came Padilla and his entourage to set the world afire with Nancy Grace fanning the flames. Next came the lawyers and their entourage, and the latest to join in the disharmony are the very people that claim they are there to find Caylee. To date, those pretending to be on this side/that side have forgotten the third side…Caylee’s side.

Though she was known as a very smart little two-year old girl, able to speak 45 words in Spanish, I doubt she would understand the ‘freedom of speech’ analogy, or just how far many have taken their perception of this freedom. Inasmuch as everyone has their job to do, i.e., the police, the lawyers and the media, it is understandable that they are focused on their side of the story.

It is readily apparent her own mother failed her; however, the grandparents loved that child and are relentless in finding her alive. I have no idea what tips they may have received; only they can determine if it sounds like the Caylee they know. The person that they have entrusted to help them has turned out to be less than desirable; these situations seem to draw that type of person. Of course, there is no way of knowing that until you’re already in the situation-by that time it is way too late.

Kathy Belich’s last discovery of Milstead’s past was enlightening; not surprising though. He had been arrested for impersonating a police officer, so it seems. They should arrest more on those charges; many online spend their time going through records about speeding tickets and such to prove other people just aren’t as perfect as they are (I could have told you that without wading through a bunch of garbage). These people have launched their own investigation, however unwarranted it may be. They propose silly petitions that are for no use other than to collect information on people. If you want to change a law you get with a legislator- not an online rant and rave group.

They don’t like the lawyers because they are defending someone the media has already condemned. It is a battle of the wills…just forget about Caylee. The lawyers are battling the local police for control…forget about Caylee. The media is battling…well, anyone they can find…forget about Caylee. Bloggers are battling each other-for no reason-forget about Caylee.

Most want to relive the past, as if it were actually that great. The new addition to the defense team intends to play the trial out as to attract more media attention-giving Mr. & Ms. John Q. Public what they want-though they don’t deserve it. He has brought in people from the Ramsey and OJ case. If you remember correctly, Mark Fuhrman was involved in that case (OJ) as well…oh yeah, they lost.

The Ramsey case was never solved, though every person from coast to coast had a theory and an opinion; they persecuted that family to no extent-it should have been criminal the way they handled the situation. As a matter of fact, they had three murders in that town, all unsolved until they caught one guy whose DNA (caught through a data base) matched one of those murders; he, a legal immigrant, had been in prison in another state.

Facts didn’t stop people from writing books, selling memorabilia, or returning to the unsolved mystery as a basis for “how not to handle a situation” The more they learn, the less they want to apply that knowledge, and, they seem to always go back in time instead of pressing forward.

After watching Padilla’s latest adventure, I am convinced Yosemite Sam could have done a better job. His latest theory, which you can purchase online for $9.95, (so I’ve read in the blogs), has Casey performing scientific experiments to test the floatability of a dead body. He has caused quantum chaos with his theories, just like a cold hard object striking another. More rumors-no sign of Caylee–furthermore, some other morons desire to pay him $200,000 to hunt for Caylee-To them, dead and missing children are to be exploited. His rumor mill has produced something at least…now people will start violating everyone else’s rights and calling him instead of the police. That is how the system works…at least until those who actually have a clue no longer wish to call them. People will have to pay the belligerent, lowlife private detectives, bounty hunters, or they will suffer the repercussions of the moronic majority, or, they turn their back on all and just watch them do their thing-claiming to be heroes when they aren’t. Even an old cowboy should know not to beat a dead horse.

Garrison couldn’t understand the Anthony’s erratic behavior; perhaps it is because he is always seeking the limelight, much like Padilla. It seems senseless, to me that is, to hear a reporter tell about what the Anthonys’ did at church. Does that have any bearing on finding Caylee? Perhaps they are addicted to reality television and it is much more important for them to ruin other people’s lives in order to produce a flick. I think they are as much, if not more so, affected by what they watch and read than Casey herself-that’s the irony of this situation. Perfect people just aren’t lining up to search for missing children; nor are people with common sense.

I am anxious for ZG’s lawyer to question Casey. I, too, would like to know how she came up with the name, car, and exact apartment number. I feel as if he could shed more light on Caylee’s whereabouts than anyone else. He is correct in his assumption that many are making money at the expense of ZG– not to mention Caylee. Perhaps checking out the printing shops would give some clues as to whom.

If you wish to express an opinion about my opinion, please do so. If you wish for me to join a particular group claiming I am searching for Caylee…forget it. I’m just a simple blogger-not a comic book super hero.

Will Casey Anthony get a fair trial after all the negative media coverage? Jose Baez is reluctant to think so. He was interviewed on CNN November 15th and explained his difficulties trying to obtain evidence related to the case. He, as much as the grandparents, maintain Caylee is still alive; the meat of the interview pressed upon the fact that we, meaning everyone, should have the presumption of innocence if we are to say we actually live in a free country. I think his interview is something most bloggers, at least the ones that I have read, should view and try to grasp some basic concepts. Is this actually in the constitution or does the media have supreme rights over individuals and/or their family?

Not only has he the media to contend with, but, more recently the grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, have neglected to heed the advice of their attorney Mark NeJame. Against everything counsel has told them, against even their own personal experiences with the protesters that ravaged their neighborhood shortly after their daughter Casey’s arrest, they scheduled their own press conference. I am almost convinced they have a conviction wish for their daughter. Their mission is to locate Caylee and they firmly believe she is still alive as no evidence has been presented to them or their lawyers that would suggest otherwise.

They took a gamble and decided to let Heroes Production handle the public relations end on their part. They are associated with the Kid Finders network that has helped the Anthonys’ since the beginning. And, as most bloggers already probably know, Kid Finders founder Dennis Milstead has been arrested before for impersonating a police officer. (Interesting to say the least) More recently, Michelle Bart, spokesperson for Kid Finders, and I guess other heroes across the country, stood by the grandparents of the missing child Caylee Anthony in their latest press interview in which they displayed a photo captured by a person inside a mall on a cell phone that bore similar characteristics as Caylee. This is a very, very interesting interview with Melissa Crabtree of Orlando News 13-George also speaks-click on this link to view.

Michelle Bart cites the photo of the child in the mall play area and states the police should at least go out and take finger prints. Well, Michelle, they really can’t do that if random people keep stating they’ve seen her, not to mention, there were too many children touching things in the same area to even get results; do the grandparents have a duplicate set to compare the prints with had the police lifted some?

I agree that all volunteers should be applauded; however, they need to be careful of their actions. As we’ve seen before, all the ridiculous protesters volunteering to get the grandparents to talk to police by making their life a living he!! when we’ve already seen and heard that they already had cooperated with the police. I am curious as to why they weren’t allowed to see the tapes at the airport sighting on July 2nd.; more interesting is the sighting at the local Auto Zone. It’s too bad the video was no longer there, it must have been advanced beyond retrieving. Even stranger yet is the psychic, Kimme Rose, seen on Fox news back in August, that once reported about her message she received from Caylee, to tell Casey,to tell police about Dante, (huh?-Say what!)a former classmate that once worked at an auto part store. Yeah! I can’t make this stuff up!!!

This situation has put undue and tremendous stress on all sides: from the grandparents; the neighbors; the police; the clergy; and the lawyers. I pray she be found, dead or alive, but, not at any expense- including the neighborhood in which they live- the stores in which they shop-and the people with whom they are associated-their relatives- and the basic foundation of constitutional rights. What’s your take?

Red Huber, Orlando Sentinel George and Cindy Anthony plan to host a nationwide prayer vigil this Sunday at the Eastwood Baptist Church. Not only will they be praying for the safe return of their beloved granddaughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, but for thousands of other missing children that didn’t get to spend this Thanksgiving with their families.

Prayer services are expected to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with simultaneous vigils being held in Oregon, Michigan, and California. source

Despite the fact that most of America has already declared Caylee dead, including the OCSO; the Body Farm; most of Nancy Grace’s viewers; Padilla’s followers; and even members of their own family, George and Cindy are adamant they will be reunited with their beautiful granddaughter-Caylee Marie Anthony.

As their daughter, Casey, awaits trial on murder one charges, many view their acts of trying to find a ‘live’ Caylee to be not only an obstruction of justice, but also a way to pad their own pockets while trying to get their daughter out of the hot seat.

No concrete evidence has been presented to the grandparents as of yet; perhaps that evidence will not surface until Casey Anthony’s trial. Indeed, what a sad time that will be for the grandparents when they lose both their only daughter and their only granddaughter if evidence does prove Caylee’s death.

I know if I were in their shoes, I’d still be praying for her to be brought home alive.

Is George and Cindy Anthony’s resolve to locate their granddaughter and challenge the current system unprecedented? Apparently not. I have been searching on the subject and ran across some interesting tidbits I thought you might enjoy.

Just this summer, director Clint Eastwood was working on a film with Angelina Jolie, The Changeling which is about a woman that never lost hope of seeing her kidnapped son alive again. Years later, a nine year old boy claiming to be her son appears; she knows otherwise. Intimidated by the local authorities and the press, she takes in the boy as if he were her own. This film was being directed at Universal Studios in L.A. when the set caught on fire June 1st-approximately three and a half acres were destroyed.

Many more have probably experienced similar situations, though their stories are untold. I had an interesting comment from a person that knows what the Anthonys’ are going through; she hasn’t seen her daughter in 13 years:

sarah teague

It is ‘not knowing’ that is unmerciful. Cindy and George carry the agony of not knowing where Caylee is. They haven’t been able to say good-bye to Caylee. Even with the evidence, they don’t have her little body. The devastation that they go through on a daily, often hourly basis, is unimaginable to most. I know how their hearts break when they see Caylee’s empty bed. I know how their stomach hurts when they open the kitchen cabinet and see Caylee’s empty sippy cup. They even have to play a video if they want to hear Caylee’s voice. These are the days and the ways of this cruel and heartless ‘not knowing world’. I’ve lived in that world for over thirteen years now. I know that Cindy and George just want to know what really happened to Caylee. I know that somewhere deep down in their soul they are trying to prepare for the ugly truth that they know they will face…someday. In their ‘not knowing’ world, they have the harsh reality that the person that took God’s most precious gift from them is their own flesh and blood. Now, that’s a huge pill of reality for anyone to have to swallow, isn’t it? We have to join Cindy and George, as a nation, and hold their hearts and their hands across the miles believing in a miracle and praying that wherever Caylee is, she will be revealed. Matthew 10:26 is what I write on every lavender ribbon I hang for Heather. On the other side I write: Heather IS coming home! There is power in faith. Let’s set aside tomorrow night to pray for Casey’s heart to just break and for her to tell where Caylee is. Let’s believe that wherever Caylee is, she will be revealed. Please remember Heather Danyelle Teague and all the other missing. To not know where someone you love is..to wonder if they are cold or hungry or scared or in pain, brings one to their knees. There is no choice but to believe in miracles..I’m sure George and Cindy remember the first time that they held Caylee in their arms. We just want the truth, and the honor to have a proper good-bye. I am holding them in my hearts every day as I remember my first miracle..April 25, 1972…and as I wait for the phone call that says…’Heather is home!’

Her post says more about what is going on than I ever could. Though I know you are capable of reading the comments yourself, I thought this one deserved to be on the post itself; it sheds a different perspective on the situation. I don’t know who could read that and not shed a tear or feel compassion.

Apparently many didn’t have a very good Thanksgiving themselves this year. Those who are bent on forcing people into their idea of the ‘perfect’ family and how they should behave have allegedly hacked into the Yahoo account of Cindy Anthony and sent out private emails, several of which went to Kathy Belich of WFTV News. source Why they thought their mail was private after all they’ve been through is beyond me. Most seem to think the family is THEIR community property.

Many have voiced their opinions about the prayer vigils being held because they really don’t want to see the Anthonys’ on TV anymore (I seriously doubt that-then who would they condemn?)-well, tell the news stations that you are no longer interested.

George spoke out about the email concerning a family member belittling Cindy after Caylee’s disappearance. Here is a link to a short video. (Thanks Dalia, don’t know how you do it!) I have heard that you can choose your friends, but you can’t choose your family.

And if you don’t mind a little sarcasm, I’m certain those well adjusted protesters that destroyed the Anthony’s neighborhood had a good ole’ fashioned “Leave It To Beaver” type holiday themselves. In fact, those who have run out of steam are actually starting to reinvent the wheel again. I found one link in which some person made a YouTube video as they must feel they have some form of control over Casey though she is locked up without Internet privileges-unless this is their way of traumatizing the family.

In the words of Forrest Gump, “Stupid is as stupid does.”

Naturally, this comes after many were analyzing the song Casey reportedly listened to (over, and over again) Here is a link to that if you are really into mental instability…song.

It seems as the major issue  has been focused on who gets the publishing rights…hmmm. I question their motives. I doubt it will be any of the bloggers on here, at least not the ones I have read…it’s just bi*ch and moan with no end in sight-they don’t like my blog, fine…I don’t want to read a lot of crap. They seem to think the entire family planned this event from the very beginning-I question their motives, their values, their age group, and even their sanity. They have never observed others around them and more than likely haven’t a clue-nor a heart.

Wanda Wery claims she saw Caylee Marie Anthony on July 2nd in the image Orlando Airport while awaiting Airtran Flight #862. She even spoke with the two year old, while she ogled her Yorkshire Terrier dog, who pronounced her name just as Caylee always did-‘Caylee Marie An-tony’(without the h sound).

After seeing Caylee’s photo on television in mid-July, she immediately called police and filed an official report. She and her son met with investigators at a local McDonalds and not in the police station as one would have expected. Perhaps that was to avoid the media or quite possibly it was because they had already made up their minds about her claim prior to meeting her.

After being interviewed by an Orange County detective and giving a description of the woman Caylee was with to a sketch artist, her claim was determined to be unfounded-according to authorities.

“When she came up to me, she said her name,” Wery said.  “I asked her three times. She said ‘Caylee Me-Antony’ all in one word. I didn’t expect that.  Then the woman she was with spoke up and said, ‘She’s trying to tell you her name is Caylee Marie Anthony.”      source

Wanda Wery feels as the Anthony family does–that Caylee Marie Anthony is still alive. I can only assume that it is for this very reason the family joins a small prayer group once a week to pray for the little girl’s safe return.

Anthonys Hold Nationwide Vigil

As I recall, even Jesse Grund first stated that he heard Caylee in the background of a phone call on or around June 24th; however, he later recanted his story. Was he correct in his first assumption, or merely pressured by the press and the local police?

Casey Anthony During the month of December some different truths in the case of missing child Caylee Marie Anthony may be revealed. The grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, pray weekly for the safe return of their granddaughter as information has trickled in about the possibility Caylee may still be alive(clip of NG), in fact, a third person has confirmed a Caylee sighting and took down a tag number.

This information is contrary to lab results that investigators claim prove without a doubt two-year old Caylee is indeed dead as a result of vicious act by her own mother, Casey Anthony.

Leonard Padilla, the California bounty hunter that posted Casey Anthony’s $500,000 bond back in August, is planning on returning to Orlando to hold yet another prayer vigil near the Little Econ River in Jay Blanchard Park Christmas Day. Accompanying Padilla will be Richard Grund, father of Casey’s ex-fiancée Jesse Grund.

Earlier searches of the area yielded toys, a shamrock, and what was initially thought to be human remains in a garbage bag weighted down by two bricks on the river floor. This search site was near where a beaded cross was found last summer.

Padilla’s return to the Orlando area during the Christmas season comes just a mere eleven days prior to the time of Casey’s murder trial, which is scheduled for January 5th, 2009; just one day prior to traditional Armenian Christmas celebration.

Many may still be wondering if Padilla is still trying to redeem himself, or, just merely trying to increase the vocabulary of the viewing Orlando area-known for it’s Disney attractions. Perhaps he will just hang around and help whip up some media turmoil.

The media frenzy has caused turmoil not only for the Anthony family, but also for their extended family and their neighbors. Now the courts in Florida are considering issuing a gag order for Casey Anthony’s defense team-this  would include her lawyer, Jose Baez. That issue comes a little too late, in my opinion that is, considering the Casey Anthony case is the second most searched term on the Internet.

It was this Thanksgiving that someone allegedly hacked in to Cindy Anthony’s email and sent out information deemed confidential in Casey Anthony’s case. Among those items was an email to former spokesman Larry Garrison discussing the hairbrush given to the sheriff’s dept. when they were collecting evidence for a DNA match on Caylee Marie Anthony. As usual, Padilla had his say on the situation as well.

Somehow that isn’t all that surprising considering parts of the Grand Jury hearing was leaked to the media.

This news comes as the state attorney’s office released 700 more pages of discovery documents related to the case against Casey Anthony. Included are documents that state Casey was looking up “neck breaking” on her computer. (Check out Kreuzer’s blog for more info.) image

Experts assembled on the defense team argue the trial may be postponed because not all the evidence has been handed over and as much as one month of preparation time may be needed to examined the evidence in order to construct a solid defense, according to Dr. Lawrence Koblinsky. Here is a link to a short clip of the Nancy Grace Show on which these claims are made. (Dalia has the best videos)

At any rate, the Nancy Grace Show and Leonard Padilla should be able to grab that special air time normally dedicated to Christmas specials such as “It’s a Wonderful Life” and other iconoclastic Santa specials. Perhaps they will even allude to how this case is more similar to the JonBenet Ramsey case instead of the OJ case-being it ‘tis the season. I wonder if they will show that size 6 Mickey Mouse dress again?

Goodbye Charlie Brown!-The news crew is back in town!

New tapes of Casey in jail after her initial arrest have been released. After viewing a couple, tears came to my eyes- from all the yawning I suppose.

Perhaps I’ve seen and read too much on this particular story. However, one thing did strike me as seemingly strange…in the video in which she is talking to her father, she refers to Caylee as “that little girl” and not “my little girl.” George is the only one, up until that point, that I had heard use that phrase. Here’s a link…it’s ‘miss you’ (update-videos below)

It seems to me that Casey is more like whomever she is speaking with at the time, devoid of her own personality. I almost sense she actually has it in for her own family, though in not a devious way as others may think.

Of all the stuff that has been said and seen, what we’ve yet to learn, other than where Caylee is, is exactly how:

  • She came up with the Sawgrass apt. #, and the other ZG’s car description.
  • Where is phone #2 and why did she need 2 phones?
  • Why so many gas cans?
  • Why did Grund go back on saying he heard Caylee on the 24th of June?
  • Why would “Zannie” have a key to their house?
  • How did George get buffaloed out of a lot of money?
  • Who would benefit the most from both parent’s occupations?
  • How did the additional hair get on the neighbor’s shovel?

It almost sounds as if people, other than Padilla, are making up their own scripts as the go too.

Phew! What a production!

Update-Here are the videos:

Will the prosecution hinge on family history based on Cindy’s own words, emails, and even George’s admission of wishing he could have been a better father and grandfather.

Even Leonard Padilla said he liked George, but, not his family. The media is curious as to why they can’t get their claws into Lee; everyone keeps asking where he is.

Some pages of the July documents were missing. They were the ones in which Cindy told Casey’s friends what she thought of her daughter; even Grund makes statements against her.

Could this be Jose Baez’s ticket to clearing Casey? Or, just another forum on which those seeking to exploit the situation can cash in?

Just when it seemed as if it couldn’t get any worse, they ditched NeJame and embraced a missing childrens group that seems to be going nowhere. I found an interesting article on Kim’s blog…it’s a must read! Here’s a link to Michelle Bart’s post. This comes as good news for those wanting to get at them again,I’m sure.

If they do make a movie, who will play the lead? I’m thinking there’s a part for Jim Carey somewhere! Zanni was both a comedy and a tragedy.

George and Cindy Anthony prepare once again to attend the weekly prayer vigil that they have each week to pray for the safe return of their missing three year old grandchild, Caylee Marie Anthony.

These prayer vigils have been the strength they have needed throughout this entire disastrous ordeal. Even when protesters were heckling them in front of their own home, they always continued to find renewed hope with the handful of believers that gathered weekly to just be there with them in their time of need; without their opinions…just to be there, no matter the outcome (though there may have been a few that joined just to be nosy, the remaining handful are steadfast).

Michelle Bart, spokesperson for Kid Finders, has re-released the latest image of the November 16th sighting in the mall. (photo above)

Due to holiday obligations of the Anthony’s home church, Eastwood Baptist, vigils will be postponed until after the first of the year. They have several media appearances scheduled prior to Casey Anthony’s trial which is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2009-though it is expected to be postponed.

Proactive measures to continue the search for a “live” Calyee is underway as Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney, has filed for subpoenas to be issued to local businesses in which Caylee, the missing three year old, may have been sighted. A photo of the Nov. 16th Caylee sighting was released again just yesterday.

It is for certain as much as Cindy Anthony wishes to sway public opinion, her attempts will be made in vain. I found this excerpt from an Orlando News source (notice the Freudian slips they typed in).

“I said from the very beginning if they would have shown those tapes they would have seen that she really does have emotion. She does care, does lover her family. She’s not a cold, callous person like everybody wants to paint her out to be. She is a desperate, loving mother,” Cindy Anthony said. Source

Perhaps it is a good thing Cindy doesn’t “stay abreast” of the local coverage as it appears the reporters are from the Jerry Springer generation and ardent worshippers of Nancy Grace. In spite of the sensational type coverage this case has had since the very beginning, more media appearances are in the works.

Featured media exposure planned:

  • Tuesday-Baez on Today
  • Wednesday- George and Cindy appear on Larry King Live
  • Friday- Dateline will air a special report on the ‘Search for Caylee’

I’m thinking everyone made up their minds in the first fifteen minutes of air-time back in July…what do you think? Take time out during a commercial break and drop me a line.

Jose Baez appeared on NBC’s Today show with Matt Lauer this morning– part of a media damage control campaign launched by Casey Anthony’s attorney,Baez, and her parents, Cindy and George Anthony.

(Search Update: Tim Miller, who spent countless hours and thousands of dollars searching for Caylee’s body, is hospitalized…link to Dixe’s blog for more information).

Baez points out the fact that the media has only portrayed a small fraction of the facts concerning Casey Anthony’s case and reiterates her right to a fair trial, though that has been tainted from the very beginning.

At this time there are questions concerning why Baez’s office hasn’t picked up prepackaged tips, estimated to be 5000, at the sheriff’s office and many question if it is because of the price of those tips-$980. WFTV.com

The two women, jewelry store employees, who spotted a child they believe to be Caylee Marie Anthony in a Florida mall on November 16th have come forward to state their beliefs on television. One woman photographed the child and the woman with her cell phone camera, though she didn’t get a good shot of the woman because she tried to cover her head as she spotted the camera. She also stated that the woman called the child Lee…what’s that all about? At that time they called Crimestoppers and was put on hold for more than twenty minutes. Here is a link to that Video.

In addition, three mall guards have contacted the Anthonys to tell them to come look at the videos as they believe the tapes yield clues to with whom Caylee may be.

These testimonies may persuade a jury into thinking just a single hair of unreliable DNA just isn’t enough for a conviction. What do you think?

George and Cindy Anthony prepare to go on Larry King Live this week to talk about the hunt for their granddaughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. While in California they intend to follow up on a recent lead that they feel could be credible. Their primary focus has been keeping her face in front of the public.

Dominic Casey, hired investigator for the Anthonys’, states that an attorney and his girlfriend may have spotted Caylee while dining out. The couple have sworn affidavits, with another attorney, to verify their sighting. They feel as if the girl may have been Caylee since she was with a Spanish speaking family, and, only the little girl spoke English.

“A family was sitting there of Spanish origin…within the family was a little girl who they interacted with.  The rest of the family spoke more Spanish than English…and the little girl only spoke English,” said Casey. source

If this is Caylee, all I can say is that she really gets around! Perhaps she should be featured on a AAA map or something. I wonder if this isn’t some type of vengeance from Garrison…payback 101?

Orange County Deputy

The Orange County Sheriff’s Dept. and the FBI’s forensics investigators, including a crime lab in Quantico, Virginia, have assigned top priority to the remains of a child discovered this morning near the home of Casey Anthony and are believed to be those of missing two-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony. The Sheriff’s Department sought a warrant to search the home of George and Cindy Anthony, who have been in in California to appear on Larry King Live last night.

Upon their arrival at the Orlando Airport, the grandparents were whisked away through a side door by deputies and served with search warrants; at this time they are not allowed to return home. Here’s a link to Holly Bristow’s Fox 35 report.

A utility worker, whose name has not been disclosed,  discovered the remains in the area less than a quarter of a mile from the home of George and Cindy Anthony at 9:30 this morning. It is still unknown why the meter reader was in the vicinity of remains. The worker was kicking a bag when a small human skull, reported to be bagged and wrapped with duct tape, rolled out onto the ground. A spokesman for the utility company has stated the person has taken time off work in light of the recent events.

Orange county deputies rushed to seal off the crime scene at Chickasaw and Suburban Dr., blocking the intersection of Suburban and Hopespring near the Anthony home.

Captain Angelo Nieves of the sheriff’s office said investigators “right now cannot confirm the sex of the child.” source

“It still feels like she’s, she’s close to home,” Anthony told her brother Lee Anthony in a recorded telephone conversation in July. “That’s still my best feeling at the moment

While watchmen are monitoring Casey’s reactions to today’s breaking news, the relevance of the passcodes given to her family during her initial incarceration have garnered inquisitive discussions today. Many are still trying to decipher why one account was set to “cays234″ and the other to “timmer55.”

Computer forensic detectives discovered searches for “recipes” used in producing chloroform, neck-breaking methods, shovels, and various methods of weaponizing common household products. In addition, a shovel recovered from a neighbor that was originally thought to have been used by Casey to bury Caylee was found to have a hair of unknown origin; it’s DNA match wasn’t even close to the single hair found in Casey’s car trunk.

Former attorney for George and Cindy Anthony released a statement.

“I’ve been expecting this day for a while and although it is a very, very sad day, I think in many ways we can now really pass on our full blessings to this child and allow her to go in the peace that she deserves and allowing her mother to be prosecuted as she deserves,” NeJame said.   source

No Smiley Face Now

Jose Baez, attorney for Casey Anthony who was indicted on first degree murder by a grand jury in October, was in court this morning when the news of the discovery broke. Baez sought to postpone the trial date; frustrated by the discovery process within the state of Florida. Baez persuaded Judge Strickland to postpone the trial until March of 2009; it was originally slated for January 5th. Anthony’s counsel has stated that Casey Anthony, who is currently being held at the Orange County jail, is not under a suicide watch.

Todd Black, spokesman for the defense team, stated, “We certainly hope it isn’t [related to the Anthony case],” Black said. “If it is, it is a sad day.” source

Where Is Caylee?

The missing child’s grandparents have embarked on a media campaign this week to debunk all reports that their daughter may have killed her only child. Several sightings have been reported since Casey’s claim that she hadn’t seen her daughter since June 9th. Jose Baez has filed motions to view video surveillance tapes of area businesses in which Caylee was reportedly spotted.

Onlookers gathered at the crime scene in the pouring rain voiced varying sentiments:”I’ve watched it on Nancy Grace every night and I’m always thinking ‘When are they going to find her?’ I hope they find her,” said Marcellina Monpalbo, a Westfield Massachusetts resident who was in Orlando visiting relatives.

“What they’ve been through, with all the harassment, it’s hard,” said Nelson Ducos, 49 who lives two miles away from the site. “I feel sympathy for them. I’m a grandparent myself.” source

Since that initial 911 call made on July 15th in which Cindy Anthony claimed her daughter’s car smelled like there had been a dead body in it, media outlets across the nation have headlined the story of the missing child and her mother Casey Anthony, prompting protesters in front of the Anthony home and creating chaos inside the neighborhood. The sheriff’s department installed surveillance cameras to monitor unruly gawkers.

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary spoke to reporters about why the body wasn’t discovered earlier:

“Understand this, all of this area, we confirmed with the county, was totally underwater when we started doing all this. We were all over this area several times. But the bottom line is, it was probably underwater.” source

He also stated he didn’t want any craziness around the Anthony home after this discovery. (Click on the Vodpod link for videos of protesters after Casey’s arrest and other related videos).

Caylee Anthony

Caylee Anthony

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch, with the help of thousands of volunteers, searched relentlessly for Caylee’s body in August and again after the waters of the previous hurricane receded was quoted as saying, “ ‘My prayers go out to the family of the deceased child,” Miller told Investigation Discovery. “I hope they can now come to peace and begin to put back together the pieces of their shattered lives.”” David Lohr

On Miller’s return to the Orlando area, he found that part of the wooded section he had searched before had been fenced off and he wasn’t allowed access to the location for a second search.

Jose Baez reacts to the events of the day-link. Casey Anthony has been sedated after receiving the news of the new found evidence.

Here’s a link to Dalia’s blog-she is updating clips as they come in. There are some with Nancy Grace, Tim Miller, and local press.

George and Cindy Anthony were served with search warrants upon their return from California yesterday afternoon. Orange county deputies have secured the street, helicopters have secured the area from above, and CSI investigators have worked through the night collecting evidence to be used in the murder trial against the mother of missing two-year old Caylee Marie Anthony.

This morning investigators were seen carting out seven bags, four boxes, three vacuum cleaners, two pesticide canisters, one small pillow,- what else- a partridge in a pear tree?

Items found with the skeletal remains of the child’s body discovered yesterday morning have prompted police search for certain items. It seems as the duct tape may play a major role in yielding more clues to the death of the child, as part of the tape was attached to the skull and the bag.

Still no one knows about the missing childrens site that was searched on Casey Anthony’s

computer months prior to Caylee’s disappearance. “Get Involved” was the organization and the site included a quote from Tupac. That may not be music to some ears.

Jose Baez has filed motions in court this morning to allow members of his defense team to examine the evidence as to ensure a fair trial which is scheduled for March of 2009. Only recently has the death penalty been taken off the table, could new evidence change all that? He speaks to reporters:

My question is, from my own experience with tape, is that it becomes less sticky when under water-how could it be attached to the skull? Was this some type of marine grade tape?

As Casey Anthony sits in her lonely 7 1/2’X 12’ jail cell awaiting trial on first degree murder charges, the sentiment has turned to giving the lost child a burial. People are starting to enter the neighborhood once more, but, this time to bring flowers and have a makeshift memorial across the street where media outlets and angry protesters once sat.

Geraldo At Large has planned to descend upon the neighborhood once more as he is expected in town for an interview with George and Cindy Anthony’s new attorney, Brad Conway. The attorney will be interviewed in a local studio at and it will air at 10 p.m. on Fox News Channel; however, Geraldo plans to set up in front of the Anthony home once again. (Doesn’t make much sense to me since everyone already knows what their home looks like. RIP won’t last long, eh?)

Sheriff Beary spoke on the Today Show and stated that his gut feeling was that they had actually found Caylee’s body. Here is a link to that video — it also includes the actual call made to report the remains being found. (Hope he reminds everyone hourly that he doesn’t want any craziness in front of the Anthony home again).

Video clip from Cnn:

Investigators have concluded the physical size, age, length and color of hair point to the remains being those of missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony.

Beary stated:

“But I have to wait seven to 14 days for the DNA test to absolutely make sure.”      source

Forensics expert and criminal profiler Clint Van Zandt-one section of actual text:

Who knew the Body Disposal Site?

Searchers who participated in the many searches for Caylee indicate they did not search this immediate area due to rain storms that had flooded the area. It is, therefore, possible that Caylee’s body had been in this location since mid June when she was last seen by her grandparents. If her small remains had been placed in a trash bag and buried in a hand (or shovel) dug shallow grave, the rains, or animal activity, could have contributed to the movement of the bag from its initial underground location to where the local meter reader found it today. Or it could have simply been thrown along the roadside like a bag of trash with the person disposing of it not wanting to linger too long for fear of being seen by neighbors. Remember, this is just a dozen or so houses from Casey’s home and an area she knew well, this as it was close to a grade school she attended as a child.     source

Maybe he is correct; however, I fail to see how someone could fling a 30 lb. body, dead weight so to speak, approximately 50-75 ft. into the woods from a vehicle…but, what do I know?

Goodbye sweet Caylee-everyone will always love and cherish you.

FBI Crime Scene
FBI Crime Scene

Jose Baez, defense attorney for accused murderer Casey Anthony, has assembled an all-star defense team while awaiting the DNA results from the FBI’s lab in Quantico, Va.. Judge Strickland, during an emergency court hearing Friday after finding what may be the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony, denied motions to have any of Baez team present to examine evidence at this time as they are in the third day of collecting evidence from the crime scene.

George and Cindy Anthony have been allowed to return to their home on Hopespring Dr.

Some media reports include the skull having been wrapped with duct tape while others report duct tape was over the mouth of the skull. The name of the meter reader that made the discovery has not been released. (See Dalia’s Blog for video clips)

Much examination of the duct tape and the condition of the remains will be needed for the defense to prepare for the March trial date, at which time the death penalty could be placed on the table once more. If this occurs, perhaps Terrence Lenamon will be the lead defense attorney and Baez will assist as he doesn’t have enough expertise to try a death penalty case under Fla. law.

Defense team members include New York attorney Linda Kenney Baden,Dr. Henry Lee, Dr.

Dr. Henry Lee/Jose Baez
Dr. Henry Lee/Jose Baez

Lawrence Kobilinsky , and others such as Dr. Werner Spitz, known for the OJ Simpson and the JonBenet Ramsey case; Kathy Reichs, an anthropologist and New York Times bestselling mystery writer; Nebraska’s entomologist Tim Huntington may be brought on board at a later date.

Mark NeJame, former attorney for George and Cindy Anthony expressed his opinions that he had a feeling that the skeletal remains belonged to Caylee Anthony. He asked news reporters to be respectful of the Anthony’s right to grieve in private and endorsed their new attorney, Brad Conway.

Todd Black, spokesman for law firm of Jose Baez has said,“‘If this is Caylee Anthony, that doesn’t mean Casey Anthony did anything to that child;that doesn’t determine who or what caused the child’s death.”’source

Remains Found
Remains Found

Teens claim to have stumbled onto something they feel may be related to the recent discovery of skeletal remains thought to be those of Caylee Marie Anthony found off Suburban Dr. in Orlando Fla. The young men claim they were in the area on September 11th out of curiosity of the case in general and mostly to see the spectacle caused by the protesters within the neighborhood of George and Cindy Anthony, parents of Casey Anthony who was out on bail at that time.

Wandering off in the nearby wooded area the group ran upon a stake with a string attached. Though they pulled on the string, nothing came up. They attempted to dig, but, were not equipped to do so. It was reported what they actually located was a bomb? WTHey?

This information comes after Leonard Padilla has released his thoughts on the recent discovery, and, of course, the date is exactly one month prior to his November 11th, Veterans Day,” Memorial” given at Jay Blanchard Park by the Little Econ River.

Was it a bomb, or, could someone have been coming back to the body to check the rate of decomposition and perhaps take a few notes? Exactly what kind of bugs were found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s 1998 Pontiac Sunfire? Why the trash bag?

I have a weird gut feeling about them taking those pesticide canisters! Maybe they’ve been paying attention to what seeps into others minds through what they watch on TV.

Casey and Caylee Anthony

Casey and Caylee Anthony

Jose Baez and Dr. Henry Lee visited the crime scene today, but, was unable to get a closer look as the sheriff’s department was not allowing in anyone other than law enforcement because they were still gathering evidence. This is the fourth day CSI, FBI, and local Orange County investigators have been at the seen off Suburban Dr., less than a quarter of a mile from the home of Casey Anthony on Hopespring Dr. in Orlando, Florida.

Jose Baez and Dr. Henry Lee also visited the Anthony home; Baez gave a brief statement to reporters. Baez says the best defense is “full disclosure” and also states that Casey Anthony isn’t doing too well after learning that the body of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, has been found. (He’s got his hands full now!) See Link to Jose Baez.

Leonard Padilla was also back in Orlando and visited the crime scene. He was elated the body had been found and reiterated that he told them all along that Caylee was dead. He anticipates they are digging out approximately 10 square feet of ground to determine who, what, and when in the death of Caylee Marie Anthony. See Link to Padilla News Video.

When asked what he thought about the remains being found so close to the home:

“At first you feel stupid,” he told the Sentinel. “Nobody thought to look around the corner.”

I recall Tim Miller making a statement that he couldn’t understand why they had their team searching so far away-guess that was based on phone pings at the time.

Leonard Padilla

Leonard Padilla

Lee Anthony has been seen removing makeshift memorials left behind by well wishers passing through the neighborhood. It is probably better for all within the area to have them removed as they don’t need a lot of strangers in there anyway. There will be a funeral one day-hopefully soon.

No one has heard from George and Cindy about their reactions to the discovery yet; I can’t imagine that they took it well at all. Especially when you consider the timing of the find, duct tape being on the skull-we all know Casey didn’t break out of jail and put that tape on the skull-Padilla’s treasure trove of memorabilia found in the Little Econ River which contained a shamrock, toys, and months earlier had found a homemade beaded cross nearby…and, the mysterious hair found on the shovel once borrowed from the neighbor.

Of all the strange stories that has been told so far- Zannie the Nanny, the two dead squirrels crawling up in the engine, the rotten pizza smell imitating a dead body-do you think Padilla will say that an alligator carried that body from Jay Blanchard Park and did a death roll in the wooded area off Hopespring Dr.? This is one weird case!

While many are still wondering why the meter reader’s calls were ignored back in August they should also wonder, as a few have, why the book is still dry even after the storms left the Orlando area saturated during hurricane season…now that is a mystery!

I can only hope that they have finally found Caylee and she may be laid to rest. Perhaps her family may have peace now. Though there are still many who would prefer to nail them to the king’s cross, I know in my heart what they did was out of love for their own flesh and blood, as many others would have done the same.

I’ve watched the filth as it emerged on their street after the release of clip and paste artist that was produced by their local colleges, bringing in all types of morons to voice their first amendment freedoms at the expense of everyone in the area, including their own police department. They seemed to think they were saving the citizens a lot of money by doing so…what a bunch of idiots! Even the sheriff said he didn’t want anymore “craziness” in the area after the discovery of the child’s remains…Good Luck Mr. Beary! They are gonna’ teach you how to psychoanalyze them now…ya just need to learn how to read people is all…at least that’s their way of thinking.

But, for the price of just one brick, you could bring all this “craziness” to a screeching halt. Yep, now they want to teach you about cults, religion, and other humanities. Perhaps they’ll even teach you about commercialism and it’s relationship to each and every holiday. Maybe you’ll even learn about the different calendars throughout history…they just love the Wiccan one…it interests the really feeble minded and draws as much attention from the rift raft as Padilla and Nancy Grace on a good day.

So, while they are out there jacking their jaws and becoming famous, others are still trying to remove the bricks that don’t belong to their home.

I haven’t made a post in a few days because someone has been trying to wreck my computer. It’s not much, and, I could replace it for the same price as an Iphone…so, who cares? There’s a college near my house I could go to if I need to use the computer should this one go down.

Actually, that is where my neighbor was coming back from playing football the first Thanksgiving I had in my new home. I was outside raking leaves when the ambulances came…they cut him down from a garage closet mid-afternoon. I think about that every time my leaves pile up, which is what I have to do today…rake leaves again because winter is now upon us.

The next Memorial Day weekend, a fellow wearing fatigues much like the guy that attacked the Anthonys showed up on my front porch…he was indeed armed. He ditched his car in the old Wal-mart parking lot, next to a beamer. Today, that old Wal-mart is now a car dealership….funny how things stay the same no matter what the season.

I’m not into greeting cards this year….not that I have been in quite a while…I don’t make $500 an hour.

I have recently seen the video of all the stuffed animals that were placed in front of the Anthony home, dedicated to Caylee Anthony, that are now earmarked for underprivileged children that may not have a Christmas without them. I am thankful that the toys have been donated for that reason and hope that those underprivileged children are too poor to have a television set, shielding them from the circus that has been made of Caylee Anthony’s disappearance.

Many have used this case to further their own interests; Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla collected quite a fan club while pretending to be investigating it. I can only imagine they have some interesting material for their books or to “hawk” on their web sites. Perhaps there will be Nancy Grace dolls manufactured that constantly pound a gavel or Leonard Padilla bobble head figures  mounted on a trusty steed like Randolph Scott sold for gifts this year.

I have seen blogs where common house wives have clipped and pasted together photos of Casey and an old “mafia” looking car to post with their blog to make their site more interesting. Me thinks they spend way too much time in front of the boob tube.

It almost seemed as others tried to postpone  finding  Caylee’s body in order to show everyone how smart they are; if she were found, then the local news channels would have to move on to something else. But, then what would sell more time than a pretty white woman being accused of an atrocious, heinous crime most common among serial killers? Casey knew who had her last-everyone agrees on that!

I have seen the photos they are going to use against her in court- images of

Beatles

Beatles

recording artists, nightclub posters, etc. (The bite the apple one was particularly interesting). I am reminded of the censorship that was once presence about forty years ago when the Beatles tried to introduce a new “shock” theme into the American culture.

The journalist have seized the opportunity to rewrite the story as they see fit-their”best interest” in mind, no doubt.

Major networks have collected their own pundits who are mapping out the legal defense of Casey Anthony who now sits in the Orange County jail accused of first degree murder. Each team has their own experts-forensic scientists, forensic computer experts, anthropologists, specialists in entomology, etc.-highly educated profilers, such as Nancy Grace’s quests, but, still somewhat lacking in the long-range significance of their actions. But, since they have found a “new” way to educate their next generation of police or concerned citizens, then perhaps Caylee’s death was not in vain.

Padilla has given us all a lesson in physics, bloggers have shown us the psychology of modern media and how they believe everything they print and produce, others want to educate us about the “mafia” by letting other bloggers know if they’d just give them the name of anyone bothering them they would turn over every brick to stop that person (as if it were just one).Lessons in law- if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, it must be a duck! Or, you could consult a professional in the field of psychiatry-Mr. Hare. (Sounds like a duck in the noose).

Other bloggers rant and call for boycotts on businesses, driving the pathetic idiots who have nothing better to do than to go tear down those trying to make a living, and destroying neighborhoods just to show them “who” is in charge. I don’t know about you, but, I don’t want to be on that U SS sinking ship-there’s no doubt abou tit. However, that is how they envision America-they always get what they want. They don’t tell anyone how much they are making off their “Justice For Caylee” t-shirts. Hmmm? Probably as much as those selling those “The Nanny Did It” and “Zanny The Nanny” shirts that John Morgan spoke of. But, they will try to convince you it was all for a good cause-hmmmf!

I am old enough to remember what a wonderful experience Christmas used to be. It was a time to give thanks and share gifts among family members. A tradition that brought families together, and a time to receive things that sparked the imagination and taught a child to dream. Quite often it was a time to receive necessities such as clothing, school materials, etc. It took three of us to join hands and hold a clothes wire out the window to pick up any kind of signal to view Christmas specials on television like Charlie Brown, Frosty the Snowman, and other popular childrens’ shows. Musical families were making the scene at that time- the Jackson Five, the Osmonds, and Sonny and Cher were all the rage! Looking back, I think I must have been lucky to not have had access to all the information that children have today.

Christmas is a  wonderful time to learn about Santa’s travels around the world and Santa’s little helpers; for those in the Orlando area, known for Disney and other tourist attractions, they will get an education about the “real world.” They will sit in their homes listening to their parents discuss the Caylee Anthony case, watch the news nightly of the pundits and reporters describing the skull found by the water meter reader which was wrapped in duct tape, and, they will learn about science-perhaps many will get involved.

Perhaps some may even become entomologists themselves- a new generation of CSI.

New Bug

New Bug

Many may desire to work abroad. England has a new bug that needs studying; it was discovered this summer in the gardens…not far from their forensics center. Actually, its back almost looks like a face if you look close enough…strange.

I will pray for Caylee this season, and the many children whose dreams may be squashed by what they see and hear. I will also pray for the family- George, Cindy, and Lee Anthony-who have endured so much throughout the main event. And, I will even pray for Casey Anthony as she needs it. But, most of all, I will pray that no one ever takes away ‘Nana’s Sunshine’ again and pray that God will wrap his arms around this family and carry them in their time of need.

If blogs could cry, you’d see a tear from the corner of my eye-that is not what Christmas is about. All the forensic specialists, news anchors, publishers, etc. will never put Humpty Dumpty’s heart back together again.

I have just listened to the three 911 calls placed by the meter reader [(1) (2) (3)] back in August and I can certainly understand his frustration in trying to get someone to respond-mentioning a 4′ diamond back rattler doesn’t get them to get there quickly…even if it is dead…five more will attend the funeral!

He mentioned a white bag or something white under a white board; this is contrary to the color of bag that was mentioned on CNN.

I have some questions about the call(s):

  • Why was he in there?
  • Why did he return?
  • Why did he think the street name was Goodhome?
  • How long had he been at this job?
  • Was there anything attached to the board?
  • What did the snake die of?
  • If Caylee was in a bag in the trunk of Casey’s car, how did body fluid leak out?

I bet I can think up more latter-that’s just off the top of my head.

Do you have any thoughts on the matter?

Caylee Memorial

Caylee Christmas Memorial

A secret Santa dropped off 125 toys purchased at Bloomingdales at the memorial set up for Caylee Anthony near her grandparents home on Hopespring Dr.  Previous donations were passed out to underprivileged children currently in the care of the Orlando Union Rescue Mission.

The grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are awaiting the results of a second autopsy. Afterwards, they plan to hold a memorial for the community that has been torn apart by the disappearance and the December 11th discovery of the remains of their two year old granddaughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

“The Anthonys appreciate and respect the public show of love and affection for little Caylee, their only granddaughter. It is their intention to have both a private ceremony as well as a public ceremony. The Anthonys want to begin the process of healing not only for themselves, but for our entire community.” source

A private memorial will also be held for their closet friends and relatives  at an undisclosed location.

The remains were released to Robert Bryant Funeral & Cremation Chapel in Orlando by the medical examiner Tuesday.

Leonard Padilla, the California bounty hunter and Nancy Grace sidekick that first bailed Casey Anthony out of jail, has decided not to hold a second memorial he had planned for Christmas Day since Caylee’s remains were discovered. Padilla held a memorial on Veterans Day back in November by the Little Econ River in Jay Blanchard Park.

Casey Anthony spent Christmas in jail while her family deals with the discovery of the toddlers body near their home in an area that had been searched back in August and reported to the police three times. The family believed until the very last that Caylee was still alive- only one of the many tragedies surrounding this case of the missing child everyone fell in love with across the nation.

Don Williams of Leesburg plans to  extend an invitation for George and Cindy Anthony to

Waterfall of Tears

Waterfall of Tears

write Cayee’s name into his “Waterfall of Tears” that he has built and dedicated to children lost to tragedies such as Caylees’. He plans to give the family time to heal before doing so.

source

News on Casey Anthony has been hard to come by the last couple of days. Being a novice blogger I just assumed it was because of the holidays. I skimmed a couple of blogs and found other bloggers showing photos of an aerial map of where Caylee’s remains were found and trying to indicate a white car was in the woods-it looked like a Delorean- if it was a car at all! Perhaps they are writing a new script to “Back To The Future” and plan to tie Caylee Marie Anthony’s disappearance into the assassination of John F. Kennedy…who knows?

After skimming over a few articles I came to the conclusion they are training in some elementary school children under some kind of apprentice program for future investigative journalists. Here is what I found after reading the TV guy’s blog stating that Wesh 2 had some of the best coverage of the case:

The duct tape found on Caylee’s skull proves what some of WESH 2’s sources close to the investigation have suspected about her death all along — “It wasn’t an accident.” source

Okay, I don’t know about you, but, all I can say is “duh!”

Even Mark Furhman has figured out that a person doesn’t commit suicide and then puts themself into a garbage bag.

Nancy Grace has the hard rockers up in arms after citing the song “The Past” that was reported to be one of Casey’s favorites and tries to psychoanalyze and link the listening of that song to the murder of two-year old  Caylee Marie Anthony. Band members of Sevensdust released this statement:

“After hearing the news that our song ‘The Past’ was a topic of discussion on the Nancy Grace show yesterday, we would like to elaborate. The song was written as a song of hope. A song with a positive message. To look back on your life and reflect and to feel good about getting through the rough times that everyone goes through, the roller coaster of life so to speak. We regret that we’ve been linked to the horrible subject involving the disappearance of little Caylee Anthony. Most of us have children and have been saddened by the story from the beginning. We pray for the safe return of this beautiful young child and wish her family strength.” source

Meanwhile, others are still trying to “get inside her [Casey's] ugly mind” (As Leonard Padilla once said) by analyzing Casey’s computer searches for “One Tree Hill”- a teen soap opera episode in which a nanny kidnaps a child. source (Guess that throws that “Double Trouble Squared” book theory right out the window- not to mention the videos Casey and Tony Lazzaro rented the night of  June 16th which involved a dead body being discovered by the FBI in a trunk- “Untraceable”).

Holly Bristow of MyFox Orlando had this to say about George and Cindy Anthony’s attorney Brad Conway when he tried to explain that the family would like to have Casey Anthony present for the funeral of her daughter- Caylee Marie Anthony:

Their attorney Brad Conway has been acting as their mouth piece.

(Another elementary student I suppose-clearly a lack of professionalism)

Some good news has emerged, however. Mark NeJame is strongly considering giving the meter reader, Roy Kronk, who discovered Caylee’s remains $5000 out of funds that were given to him when he was working on the Anthony case. He feels as if Kronk was just being a good citizen. Kronk dialed 911 instead of the tip line that was offering the reward; he wanted to remain anonymous-that didn’t happen.

In addition, Lee Anthony has hired attorney Thomas Luka to represent him and protect his civil rights if he is charged with obstructing justice in the investigation of his missing niece, Caylee. He may be called to testify against his sister in March, and the laws in Floria concerning police investigations are very broad. (Makes me wonder why they let all those journalist in that neighborhood).

Also, Jose Baez has asked that questioning of  private detective Dominic Casey, who worked for him and was also later hired by George and Cindy Anthony, be overseen by a “special master” because he does not want law enforcement to obtain privileged information that will be used in his defense of Casey Anthony, now accused of first degree murder.    source

A different private investigator involved in the case, Jim Hoover, filmed the area where Caylee’s remains were found December 11th back in November-no remains were seen in the area at that time. Also, a volunteer for Equusearch’s team made this statement about their previous searches of that same area:

(Tim Miller recognizes that everyone involved in the search for Caylee Marie Anthony has been bashed-mostly by the prodding of online bloggers, protesters, and immature journalists).

Police are investigating why all three tips reported by Kronk back in August were not followed up on and also want to question everyone involved in the investigation. (Audio of those 911 calls made by the meter reader are in the sidebar).

Is this a ‘now ya see it-now ya don’t’ type thing?

Leonard Padilla has tried to explain the connection between Casey Anthony, Lee Anthony, and Roy Kronk by using an analogy of the “daisy chain effect.” Here’s a link to a video clip (thanks Dalia-glad you’re back up and running).

He explains that Hoover filmed Dominic Casey filming the wooded area where Roy Kronk found Caylee’s body on December 11th, back on November 15th-huh? Why were private investigators back there before the body was found? At least that is what he is trying to lead us to believe.

Perhaps they got word of Roy Kronk’s discovery sometime between August 11th and November 15th.

I can only guess that Padilla’s November 11th Memorial in Jay Blanchard Park tipped them off; he also used the word pyrrhic at one time on the Nancy Grace Show. Was this an acid dent or just a common slip of the tongue?

Kronk said he saw a white board across a tree with a white round something or other under it. Ironically, Padilla discovered a cross by the Little Econ River in August made from beads known to be used by Casey Anthony.

How that relates to a daisy chain, well, who really knows? Perhaps he is referring to social contacts, police contacts, rumor mills, etc. (Who knows whom)Perhaps he took off on a negative post somewhere-things just kept going the same ole’ way. Maybe he has learned to talk in code like Lee and Casey…ha!

Or, maybe it’s a he /she loves me-loves me not type of deal-he always mentions someone’s girlfriend. (He said Tim Miller’s girlfriend found the cross and later mentioned someone else’s girlfriend). Maybe he is trying to get those intrusive bloggers on Match.com (found a blog earlier that mentioned they had found a match for Casey)violating everyone’s privacy and 411ing people….Dr. Phil would love that! Especially if they started “boycotting” his rights to a story or book deal.

Every time this man speaks, I am convinced that he is the paternal twin of Nancy Grace (they like to dress alike) and the soul mate of Cindy Anthony (they communicate the same way). It makes my head spin!

I guess I just fail to connect the dots…..

Maybe I’ll be smarter in the New Year!

Happy New Year to all!

Leonard Padilla now says that Dominic Casey called him and told him they had found Caylee’s

Leonard Padilla

Leonard Padilla

remains on November 15th. Here’s a link.

This is contrary to previous statements he had made  on CNN. Here is a link in which a reporter states Padilla’s theory of what happened to Caylee Anthony back in mid-November (Padilla’s buoyancy theory!).

He never explains how the mysterious hair got on the shovel Casey borrowed from the neighbor back in June-while it was in the  forensic lab. (If you recall, three policeman lost their job during the investigation of this case-two were ex-boyfriends of Casey Anthony, the third on is not known…could this explain why Casey didn’t want to call the police?).

Dominic Casey

Dominic Casey

Dominic Casey admits he was in the wooded area where Caylee Marie Anthony remains were discovered in a trash bag December 11th on November 15th. He claims to have been searching to see if this really was a place that teens went to party. He may have gotten that information from the discovery documents that were released earlier in which Kio Kruz, childhood friend of Casey Anthony, tells the detective where she would look for Caylee; anyone else could have had access to the same information as well.(Why Casey and her friends would prefer to party in the woods with eastern diamond back rattle snakes instead of at Fusions or any of the other nice clubs they frequented is beyond me).

Casey said Hoover simply showed up at the Anthony’s door one day and
offered to help them deal with protesters free of charge, and the
Anthony’s allowed it. source

This is believable since they chose a missing persons organization which is headed by a man once arrested for impersonating a police officer and allowed Leonard Padilla to bail their daughter out of jail because they could not afford to post the $500,000 bond. It cost Padilla about $50,200 to set Casey free-he has received worldwide advertising for doing so and continues to hold the spotlight to this day. (It almost seems as if he is jealous that Caylee’s remains were found-now the attention went to her for a brief time).

Dominic also states that Jim Hoover is not part of his investigation team at D & A Investigations and Hoover followed him into the woods-actually, snuck up‘ on him- the day he was taping the area, four days after Padilla claimed Casey Anthony dumped her daughters’ body in the Little Econ River by a specific bank marked by a cross found on a tree back in August by his team and members of Equusearch. (Earlier in the investigation animal bones wrapped in baby blankets, childrens backpacks, and clothing that were about the size that Casey Anthony wore were found by people claiming to be searching for Caylee Marie Anthony-this was happening about the time reporters were regaling everyone with their knowledge of tracking cell phone pings).

Is James D. Hoover jealous of Dominic Casey, is he working for the prosecution, or, is he an affiliate of Padilla?

Hoover now claims he no longer has the video of Dominic Casey filming the area because he has taped over it. Mr. Casey believes Hoover is trying to sell his footage to the media; he is considering legal action against the man for implying that he knew little Caylee’s remains were in the area he was filming. source

In November Padilla convinced a dive team to comb the area of the Little Econ River-led by a disgruntled former Orange County deputy. He had planned to return to the Orlando area Christmas to search again for two-year old Caylee Anthony’s remains after consulting with experts who claimed alligators would eat everything except teeth. He was certain that a fine screening of the river bottom would yield positive evidence Caylee was indeed dead and her body would never be found. (He previously stated that the Body Farm evidence was good enough evidence for him to withdraw his bond).

Tim Miller had this to say about Padilla’s November 11th dive on the Nancy Grace Show back in November- Here’s a link. Also, here is how Padilla responded to a local reporter at that time: link.

He even changed a known documented fact when John Morgan stepped in to defend Zenaida Gonzales who was harassed after information given to police by Casey Anthony was publicly  released-along with the social security numbers, phone numbers and all other personal information given to the police during interviews–He said that the description of the car Casey gave police of Caylee’s abductor, Zani, was not a Silver Ford Focus, but, instead a Kia.

All of Padilla’s theorys can be purchased on his website for the sum of $9.95…what a deal!

More than 5500 tips were phoned in, of which 1500- consisting of mostly psychics- were turned over to George and Cindy Anthony, grandparents of missing Caylee Anthony. (If you recall, Nancy Grace featured psychics on her show in the beginning).

Later, Jose Baez, attorney for accused murderer Casey Anthony, mother of Caylee, paid for the other tips which were compiled by the sheriff’s office during the course of the investigation. In these tips it was discovered that  Roy Kronk, a meter reader for Orange County water utilities department, had called a deputy to the exact spot on August the 11th where he eventually discovered the tiny skull wrapped in duct tape,–again on December 11th. (Audio recordings of that call are in the sidebar).

Spokesperson for Kidfinders Network, Michelle Bart, went on live television claiming a child fitting Caylee’s description (guess it was that 3′1/2 -4′1/2 foot two year old she once described)was seen in a Florida Mall back in November. She urged people to keep calling the police and couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t go out to the mall and fingerprint the play area in which the child was spotted-A high traffic area in which hundreds of children would have touched the same items.

D & A Investigations assumed it may have been a live Caylee sighting since the woman with the child tried to cover her face as the mall employee snapped photos of her and no one called in claiming that the child was theirs instead of the missing Caylee Marie Anthony. (After watching the news coverage in that area I’d be surprised if many actually watched it).

George and Cindy Anthony lost one of the best attorneys in the Orlando area, Mark NeJame, after following the advice of those they thought were helping them locate their granddaughter they believed was alive. He quit after they allowed reporters back in their home for and interview. Caylee’s remains were found while they were in California- Larry Garrison’s (who also capitalized on Caylee’s demise)and Leonard Padilla’s stomping grounds- doing an interview with Larry King.

It seems as if everyone involved in this case can use unlimited imagination, half-truths, and out right lies. The family of the accused twenty-two year old Casey Anthony could face prosecution for believing the lies or investigating the disappearance of their own niece and grandchild.

Dalia has more video clips on her blog…check the November archives…she edits them so you don’t have to endure too much Nancy Grace/Leonard Padilla BS.

I think Casey Anthony isn’t the only person involved in Caylee’s death that has problems with telling the truth! Of course, Padilla’s fan club has the attention span of Nancy Grace’s fan club-approximately 60 seconds, or two commercial breaks.

News of Caylee Anthony is rather limited at this time as the Orlando media outlets await another statement from Roy Kronk, the meter reader that discovered Caylee’s duct taped skull near the home of George and Cindy Anthony on December 11th.

The focus has now turned to, or should I say on, the local police department…almost as if someone thought it wouldn’t. Apparently, Kronk called in August to report something strange he had seen while taking a break in the area near Suburban Dr. It was never followed up on.

The family continued to believe the two-year old child was alive based on things Casey Anthony had told them. In addition, evidence presented that she was indeed dead wasn’t made clear at that time. They had:

  • A single hair without all the parts that could, without a doubt, prove it belonged to Caylee, though it did have a death band on it.
  • An unidentifiable stain in the trunk of the car, perhaps covered with laundry detergent
  • A car ditched in front of a check cashing place that had run out of gas
  • A tow driver that admitted the smell wasn’t as it was after the car sit in his yard two weeks
  • A skull found that had duct tape stuck to it

Conversely, the family consisted of:

  • A former unemployed homicide detective
  • A registered nurse
  • A well organized uncle that followed up on leads given by his sister

The clip and paste artist of the local news outlets and major carriers such as CNN, Geraldo, etc., garnered enough attention to get people who were naive enough to believe their crap to swarm the neighborhood.

It was a made for TV special as many online ranted and raved, invaded everyone’s privacy, combed through the Anthony’s trash, threatened the Anthony family, bad mouthed lawyers involved in the case, and threatened other bloggers as well. They started online petitions calling to boycott this and that, made “friends” because they got the warm fuzzys anytime someone agreed with their rantings.

I must say that I am thankful for the twenty or thirty readers that happen to glance at my blog every now and then. I have come to love comment moderation and now realize I don’t have to let everyone through. I have no ads on my blog, unless WordPress has put them there, and the number of clicks just isn’t that important to me. And, as you may know by now, I’m not a Padilla or Grace groupie.

So, you may have noticed if your address sounds like another bloggers address, a gambling joint, or a duplication of my blog, you get spammed. I am not interested in reading through a bunch of crap like- “I got your back”-Whose ” team” or ” camp” are you on or in, nor am I interested in rehashing some more clip and paste of what we’ve already seen…more bashing of a family that has already lost so much.

One thing everyone is certain of-Casey Anthony is guilty of something…whether it is murder or not hasn’t been determined…yet.

The evidence will surface during the trial. I have a feeling it has already been tampered with in order to sell more news stories,  plot a movie, or simply educate those dumbazzes that were in the neighborhood tearing it apart and ranting online.     IMO!

Jose Baez, attorney for Casey Anthony, is seeking more information in the disappearance and

Memorial For Caylee Anthony

Memorial For Caylee Anthony

death of Casey Anthony’s two-year old daughter. He is seeking photos or videos that would prove Casey Anthony was not the person responsible for her daughters death, whose remains were discovered December 11th by an Orange county utility worker.

The tipline is 407-442–2814.

The attorney has already been granted some access to the photos taken at the crime scene and the remains have been returned to the grandparents of the deceased toddler, George and Cindy Anthony. He may have reason to believe that Casey is not the one that committed the heinous crime of murdering the two-year old since duct tape was stuck to the skull of the child at the time the remains were found near the Anthony home off Hopespring Dr.

His private investigators are now being investigated for investigating the area where the toddlers remains were discovered on December 11th back on November 15th. This is approximately the time period in which a California bounty hunter, Leonard Padilla, had Black Water divers sifting through the Little Econ River in Jay Blanchard Park-where Casey once claimed her nanny jumped her and took her daughter. Casey Anthony also once claimed she had given her to the babysitter and the sitter was taking her to the beach, amusement parks, etc.

Below is what Padilla said of his conversation to investigator Jim Hoover about filming Dominic Casey in the area Caylee’s remains were found.

“I even asked him, ‘Who’s he talking to?’ He said, ‘I don’t know.’ ‘Could you hear what he was saying?’ ‘No, I couldn’t hear.’ He was 100 yards away,” Padilla explained.   source

Though part of the remains have been reported to have been discovered in a garbage bag, it is still unknown where the bags came from and a search of the Anthony home on December 11th yielded no duct tape.

Investigators served the grandparents with a search warrant that same day as they were returning from California after an interview on the Larry King show. They took shoes and clothing from Casey’s closet, vacuum cleaners from the grandparents home, pesticide canisters from their shed, and a pillow from the bed that Caylee once slept in among other undisclosed items.

While the final word on who was following whom prior to the remains being discovered, it is still unknown why Casey Anthony gave the exact description of a car driven by a  Zenaida Gonzales that once viewed an apartment where Casey once lived with friends. She also gave the exact apartment number the woman looked at, though her physical description of the woman wasn’t the same.

Casey Anthony was convicted on charged with economic crimes for stealing her friends checks and writing three at a local Target store while her friend was on vacation.

It is also said that the unemployed twenty-two year old mother of Caylee Anthony had been seen using credit cards on several occasions;this information came from her former boyfriend that managed a local nightclub at which Casey had been reported to be employed at the time Caylee was supposedly missing.

Fortunately, friends of her former boyfriend provided photos of the young mother inside the club that proved she was partying instead of working. Many of those photos also were of other patrons of the upscale hangout for college students. It is still unclear what all their hand signals represent, and no one has cracked the code Casey used to protect her computer– “timer55.”

When asked if he thought finding the remains would give him closure, this is what George Anthony told Fox reporters:

“There is a hole in my heart big enough for a truck to drive through,” Anthony said. “I don’t think I’ll ever have closure. At this point I’m just hoping to someday be able to accept that Caylee is gone.”

Roy Kronk is expected to make another public statement in the near future about what he saw the day he found Caylee in December and why his calls back in August were not followed up on. He is concerned with protecting his co-workers‘ and his rights at this time.

Roy Kronk

Roy Kronk, Meter Reader that discovered Caylee Anthonys remains on Dec. 11, 2008

Leonard Padilla and Nancy Grace must be starting to realize that there are a FEW that are growing tired of their bullsh#!. Just recently Padilla made mention of the paver bricks that were located no less than 15′ from where Caylee’s remains were found on December 11th. Here is a link.

Padilla states that Hoover filmed Dominic Casey in an area across the street from where the remains were found, weeks prior to the discovery, in an area in which many paver bricks are located. Even Roy Kronk seems to be describing an area across the street from where Caylee Anthony’s remains were discovered by him, an apparently someone else because he uses the word “we” back in August. Pay attention to how he describes where the fence is located and the two swampy areas.

Link to Kronk’s audio.

Grace also implys that she doubts any criminal activity on Lee Anthonys’ part. Here is a link.

Lee Anthony followed up on tips given to him while his sister Casey Anthony was incarcerated on child neglect charges back in July– after Cindy Anthony made the 911 call claiming her daughter’s car smelled like there had been a dead body in it.

At that time it is unclear who they had hired, if anyone, to investigate the disappearance of two-year old Caylee Marie Anthony. It has been reported, by Dominic Casey, that Hoover just showed up to help with the unruly protesters-many who claimed to only want ‘justice for Caylee.’– Saving everyone’s dollars by destroying the neighborhood, preventing them from sleeping and going to work and earning a living, and abusing their own children in public-all the while, teaching the Anthony family how to deal with denial of their own daughter killing their only grandchild, and insinuating they must be guilty if they need a lawyer. (Clips of the protesters are in the Vodpod in the sidebar).

Leonard Padilla didn’t get involved until mid-August, when he posted the $500,000 bond for Casey Anthony. It was about that time that Roy Kronk had called the county reporting something strange in the area Caylee’s remains were eventually discovered on December 11th.

If Lee Anthony could be prosecuted for investigating Caylee’s disappearance, could Gale St. John, Leonard Padilla, and all the media that swarmed the Anthonys’ neighborhood at that time face prosecution for obstruction of justice?

As I recall, Nancy Grace even aired a Mickey Mouse dress, size 6, and tried to connect that article of clothing to Caylee and the Anthony home. Well, only the truly Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla, and Gale St. John fans would have fallen for that ruse! This dress would actually fit a two-year old toddler if the child was the size Michelle Bart, spokesperson for Kid Finders Network and founder of Heros Productions, described: a 3 1/2′-4 1/2/ toddler! Wow! (This woman is a professional communicator too!)

And what about those so-called professional news channels, of which grand jury testimony was leaked to, that kept search teams running in circles based on cell phone pings?

Tim Miller of Equusearch has done many searches and once stated he didn’t know why they were searching so far away? Did anyone care about his resources being used for a wild goose chase?

Why is everyone more interested in investigating the investigators than laying Caylee to rest? Check out Kreuzer’s blog here. Well, Kreuzer, maybe it is because the ‘fat lady’ hasn’t had a chance to sing yet! At what point has this entire circus ever been about Caylee?

Is it possible that Caylee’s remains had been moved to satisfy a growing fan club of media outlets, pundits, investigators, or even bloggers?

As always, special thanks to Dalia who edits those gruelling Padilla/Grace clips…you get right to the point!

Jose Baez

Jose Baez

Judge Jose Rodriguez addressed both Jose Baez, attorney for accused murderess Casey Anthony, and Keith Mitnik, counsel for Zenaida Gonzalez, about the issue of personal attacks inside his courtroom today; one of the attorneys for Anthony, Jonathan Kasen, had claimed last month that John Morgan’s involvement was for:

“the purpose of generating publicity for the plaintiff’s law firm, Morgan & Morgan.source

The case of their missing granddaughter, presumed dead by most, garnered much media attention while their daughters name, Casey Anthony, ranked second among Internet searched terms.

The law firm of Morgan and Morgan stepped forward to represent the 37 year old Kissimme resident, Zenaida Gonzalez, after she claimed she was fired from her cleaning job when the news of Casey Anthony claiming a nanny by the name of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez took her two-year old, Caylee Marie Anthony. The media attention has caused Ms. Gonzalez to lose her good reputation the mother of six claims.

Baez hopes to brush aside the fact that his client gave the exact same name of Morgan and Morgan’s defendant, the same car make and model Gonzalez drove, and even claimed she left Caylee with the nanny at the stairwell of Sawgrass Apartment #210 back in June; Gonzalez had viewed that same apartment prior to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony.

Debate on Larry King:

The economic charges against Casey Anthony have been postponed until after the murder trial. If Morgan and Morgan were to dispose Baez’s client it would have a direct impact upon the March trial now slated for the twenty-two year old mother accused of dumping her childs body near her parents home. source

“We hope that judge acknowledges Ms. Anthony does have her 5th amendment right to remain silent even though it’s a civil matter.  If it does incriminate her in a criminal procedure then she should not have to testify under oath,” said defense attorney Jose Garcia.

Which brings up another argument that Judge Rodriguez will have to settle. “She filed a counter claim back against our client against Ms. Gonzalez.  She can’t under oath do that and use the 5th amendment.  It’s called sword and shield.  You cannot use shield of the 5th amendment and use the sword in civil litigation when you’re bringing an action yourself,” said Mitnik. source

In addition, the Orlando Sentinel is reporting another motion filed today by Florida prosecutors relating to the autopsy of Caylee Marie Anthony:

In motion filed late today, the state wants Strickland to put limits on what Baez can do with the three discs they will release. Prosecutors don’t want him to be able to copy, print or reproduce the images — including sending them in the mail or over the Internet.

“It has been widely reported the major media outlets have paid substantial sums of money for ‘licensing fees’ for photographs and videos of Caylee Marie Anthony depicting her image while she was still alive,” Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick wrote in the motion.

Hopefully, these motions will slow the commercialization of the death of a two-year girl which

Judge Strickland

Judge Strickland

has held the nation spell bound for months while viewers stared at her fawn like eyes and prayed for her return-dead or alive.

It is because of the commercialization that Morgan and Morgan got involved; he realized that his client’s life was being ruined as others profited off her name as well as the name of Caylee Marie Anthony.

The civil hearing will be Thursday, January 8, 2009.

Perhaps this legal team will add to the defense of the exploitation of missing and murdered children across the nation and serve as a reminder of those looking to cash in on another’s misfortune.

Sony Radio

Sony Radio

Casey Anthony has used part of her commissary money, donated by a few individuals across the nation and her father, to purchase a small transparent transistor radio that may be used to listen to music or talk radio programs in her cell. Jail cost-$21- entertainment value-priceless!

Now she can get her groove on! Bet she buys another speed stick real soon!

Since Casey Anthony is being held in protective custody at the jail, her access to television is rather limited considering she is only allowed out of her 7 X 12 cell for one hour a day.

“[Anthony] has very limited access to the outside world,” jail spokesman Allen Moore said. “She’s not watching Nancy Grace.” source

At least that is music to the ears-please pardon the pun-she will be spared all the fist pounding Gracy-isms, droopy pants Padilla-isms, lard-azz Gale St. John-isms and her furry wittle companion bullcrap, and maybe, just maybe, her IQ will return to normal-whatever normal is in Orlando! (I doubt any of these people read my blog…but, let’s face it, they are the circus main event).

She is also not allowed to use the Internet- neither are any of the other inmates. So, for all those losers ranting and whining hoping she’ll get a glimpse of how you feel about her-FORGET IT! ( I know I’m gonna be hacked, threatened, or something-but, I just couldn’t help myself).

Still, others online still think their ramblings matter-that’s the American way-I found this only recently:

All I have to say is Gale St John just needs to get a life. If she had these feelings, she needed to go back there and search. If she couldn’t go on the land, then call and harass the owner of the land until he says you can go on the land. She is full of it… Even Mike Brooks doesn’t buy her crap for a nickel!   Link to blog

(Sounds like the type of crap that made the woman who viewed the Sawgrass apartment lose her job and her name). I can’t wait until her attorney gets at them!

The only reason I looked is I noticed they kept posting updates when I wasn’t finding any information online at all. I’ve scanned some of these type blogs and out of 500 comments, only one or two actually make sense or have any information at all! Bullsh!t and bullies go hand in hand…IMO. (BTW- I spammed seltzer bottle Monica and she stays spammed…why does Norma from leanerbodys keep coming back? Bet she weighs 350lbs. and sits online making fun of overweight people trying to get them to buy some of her products).

The law firm of Jose Baez has recognized the impact the media has on high profile cases such as that of his client Casey Anthony. He promptly employed a public relations firm to counter some of the negative opinions often given by journalist who are in a hurry to sell a story and not the truth.

“The media may love to act as judge and jury but I truly believe that people are innocent until proven guilty and ought to be treated as such,” says Selig. “We do everything we can to make sure our clients get a fair shake by the media. It’s what is supposed to happen in this country but often doesn’t without our help.” Glenn Selig, founder of The Publicity Agency, has been involved in the Casey Anthony case, playing a behind-the-scenes consulting role to Anthony’s lead defense attorney Jose Baez. source

Currently, prosecutors in this case are trying to restrict Baez’s use of the evidence-thank gawd!

Let’s all remember-a little girl has been murdered!

So, if Casey wants to listen to that song everyone analyzed over and over for so long…more power to her!At least she is locked up and away from the loons.

Tim Miller & Yuich Melich

Tim Miller of Equusearch &Yuri Melich

The defense for Casey Anthony, accused of first degree murder in the disappearance and death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee, filed motions in court yesterday requesting the records of Texas Equusearch be turned over. Jose Baez is requesting all maps, information on volunteers and all communications between searchers.

I can only imagine he is hoping someone other than the two questionable private investigators, Jim Hoover and Dominic Casey, have photos. (Check out the Body Found videos by clicking tab at the top of the page- a couple have already claimed to have filmed the area…including a reporter).

Other motions filed by Jose Baez include:

  • Copies of the search warrants and items seized on Dec. 11 and Dec. 20 from the home Anthony shared with her parents on Hopespring Drive.
  • *Unedited 911 calls made by Roy Kronk, the Orange County meter reader who found Caylee’s remains off Suburban Drive on Dec. 11. He had previously alerted authorities three times in August of a suspicious bag in the same area.
  • *DNA and fingerprint reports for Anthony’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, and her brother, Lee Anthony.
  • Individual law-enforcement interviews with her parents and brother on July 24.
  • A visitation video between Anthony and her parents on Aug. 14 at the Orange County Jail.                                      source

Apparently, the public hasn’t already seen everything there is to see.

Today at 1:30 a hearing concerning how the defense may use the evidence photos will be held. State prosecutors do not want the defense to be able to copy, email, or publish the evidence. Baez would have to be present while his experts,  among the most notable are Dr. Henry Lee, examine procedures used by the FBI Lab in Quantico, Virginia and the state medical examiners procedures.

Not being able to copy the evidence puts an burden on the defense claims Baez.

The sensationalism surrounding the death of Caylee Marie Anthony could create a market for the photos- which would include the little girls skull-found with duct tape attached- in a garbage bag.

The grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, are also requesting the defense honor the state’s request concerning the use of evidence photos. Many have already profited from their family’s personal tragedy; many more believe Caylee should be buried promtly so they can have closure over the loss of a little girl they probably never even met.

The second autopsy was performed by the defense experts five days ago.

Also at 11:00 a.m. today Baez will attend a hearing in which Morgan and Morgan seek to depose Casey Anthony in their civil defamation lawsuit for their client Zenaida Gonzalez. Baez is expected to ask that lawsuit be postponed until after the murder trial in March.

Sources to News 6 report that they have overwhelming evidence that will convict Casey Anthony on murder charges. Botanists and entomologists will prove that Caylee Anthony's body was dumped by Casey Anthony on June 18th, approximately the time that a neighbor reported she had borrowed a shovel, by the plants that had grown inside the skeletal remains and the bugs that were in the area at the time the body was discovered on December 11th.

(It’s my understanding that the area was knee deep in water after tropical storm Faye, and didn’t recede completely until about the first week of November; how could plants grow under water?) Here is a link to Dalia’s blog for a short video clip-Jason Byrd of the University of Florida explains how they determine the time of death from bugs found at the site.

Dr. Michael Baden speaks about bugs on a decomposing body:

A tip had pointed searchers to the very area off Suburban Dr. where the toddlers remains were recovered a month earlier; someone had claimed to have seen Casey Anthony’s 1998 white Pontiac near the woods in June, according to private investigator Jim Hoover.

Hoover has said he did not work for the Anthonys’ but volunteered his services to help with the protesters that stormed the neighborhood after California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla posted the $500,000 bond to release Casey Anthony back in August-here’s a video interview with Hoover’s attorney John Liguori. Hoover also claims that Dominic Casey, the private investigator that once worked for Casey Anthony’s defense lawyer, Jose Baez, and was also employed by George and Cindy Anthony, knew where Caylee Anthony’s body was prior to the  discovery by meter reader Roy Kronk in December.

jim-hoover

Private Investigator Jim Hoover and Attorney John Liguori

Kronk had called deputies three times in August about something suspicious  in that area.

Hoover claims that not only did he film Casey digging near some bricks on November 15th in which a black bag could be seen emerging from the ground, but, he also saw Mr. Casey make several phone calls; perhaps from numerous phones.

“So the significance is, who is on the other end of that cell phone that’s told him that these three stones are a point of reference?” source

Dominic Casey has given a sworn statement denying he knew the toddler was deceased. source

Here is a video taken by Hoover on November 15th:

‘“It is my video tape, not Mr. Hoovers and our position is, he has taken this tape from us and tried to shop it and tried to profit from a tragedy that he has no right to be involved in,”’ said Brad Conway, attorney for George and Cindy Anthony.   source

A legal analyst comments on Casey’s actions:

‘“He’s almost animal-like,” said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer, as he viewed the tape. “It’s more like, ‘Let me find the hidden treasure down here,’ than ‘Let’s preserve the integrity of the crime scene, let’s preserve the sanctity of the human remains.’” source

Well, whatcha s’ppose to do ya moron? Roy Kronk called the police three times in August-they weren’t interested.

He mentions that Mr. Casey could have cracked the skull or damaged evidence by searching for the remains by prodding in the ground with a stick-like object-what would have happened had any of Equusearch’s volunteers had found the body? (Makes me wonder if the skull isn’t already cracked). Here is a photo of searchers:

Volunteers

Volunteers

Damaged evidence would be great fodder for Baez and team;he is currently seeking all maps, reports, and information on those who volunteered to help find Caylee Anthony-missing since June 16th.

Tim Miller of Equusearch is reluctant to hand over evidence as it may set a precedence in future searches and provide a reason for people not to volunteer for fear that their information would be made public. He has employed former counsel to the Anthonys’ to overlook his interest regarding this matter-Mark NeJame.

He did, however, provide some insight in to one volunteer in particular-Jim Hoover:

Miller states that Hoover showed up around November 8th and told another volunteer not to tell anyone he was out on the sight searching for a dead Caylee because he could lose his job with George and Cindy Anthony, to whom he had volunteered his services as security. This would be one week, or 7 days, prior to the time Dominic Casey went to the sight to search for a dead Caylee, too. At that time the grandparents of the missing two-year-old believed she was alive.

Could this be the reason that bounty hunter Leonard Padilla was given the film of Mr. Casey digging in the area on November 15th? Jim Hoover called him and told him of Casey’s actions, showing Padilla the film-even though he had been in the area a week before himself.

At this time the grandparents of the deceased toddler are planning a funeral and memorial service for both the community and also a private service for family and friends.

They have stated that Leonard Padilla will not be allowed to attend.

Site Where Caylee Anthonys Remains Were Found 12/11/08

Site Where Caylee Anthony's Remains Were Found 12/11/08

Everyone has been anxiously awaiting to hear from the Orange County meter reader, Roy Marvin Kronk, 46, that discovered the duct taped skull of the missing two-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony while relieving himself in a wooded area near the home of Casey Anthony, the twenty-two year old mother accused of murdering her own daughter. (Perhaps he was checking the manhole a cross the street from where the remains were eventually found).

Caylee Marie Anthony’s skull was found in an area of dense foliage in a garbage bag in the 8900 block of Suburban Dr., less than a quarter of a mile from the home of George and Cindy Anthony. The area also was littered with trash: a tire, beer cans, signs advertising a martial-arts tournament, a large umbrella, foam cups writes
Kronk had notified authorities three times in August-August 11th,12th, and the 13th- he said he had “spotted something suspicious — a bag” in the same area — but he declined to elaborate further, saying only that he continues to cooperate with the investigation. source (Audio recordings of Kronk’s calls [(1) (2) (3)]and Transcript). It is also reported that Kronk took photos of the scene at that time, which included a rattler near the toddlers body.
A few days later, on August 17th, the reknown star of National Geographic’s Bounty Hunter, Leonard Padilla, flew into Orlando to post the $500,200 bond for Casey Anthony, then accused of child neglect. Here is a link to Padilla’s latest theory: Dalia’s Blog has a short clip Padilla on the Nancy Grace Show-Padilla is still working the ‘daisy chain’ while a little girl is ‘pushing up daisys.’ Give it a rest cowboy!

Deputies searched the area but could find nothing; Kronk was later moved to a different area in Orange County, but was reading meters in the vicinity of the Anthony home in November.

David Evans, attorney for Kronk, said that the meter reader made an additional visit to that same area three months later, on Nov. 10.- on that visit it was all business. source

On November 11th Leonard Padilla and Richard Grund, father of former fiancee of Casey Anthony, held a service-‘memorial’ or prayer vigil- for Caylee Anthony in Jay Blanchard Park. The next day Padilla and a crew of Blackwater Divers searched an area of the Little Econ River hoping to find Caylee’s remains, but, only finding a garbage bag weighted down with bricks that contained a shamrock and a few toys.

Padilla launched the dive based on a cross searchers found on a tree near the river. He even claimed that one of his team members recognized the beads used on the cross and stated they were identical to beads found in Casey Anthony’s room. OCSO ruled out Padilla’s claim because the cross was a memorial to murder victim Nicole Ganguzza.    source

The remains of Caylee Marie Anthony was finally located on December 11, 2008 while George and Cindy Anthony were in California doing an interview with Larry King Live.

Bill Shaeffer weighs in with his professional legal opinion concerning Roy Kronks’ appearance on Good Morning America and how it could affect the prosecutuions case against Casey Anthony, accused of first degree murder:

(It seems to me that every time this man gives his opinion he basically suggests that the best thing to do is nothing-therefore, one could be excluded from persecution or prosecution…whatever).

David Evans has been in negotiations with major network news agencies to publicly clear his client of  rumors surrounding his past and why it took four attempts to get authorities to locate the child’s body. Photos taken at the scene back in August may fetch upwards of $20,000.
Evans said, “His participation in this matter is strictly as a concerned citizen with a sharp eye and good instincts and perseverance. He has no connection whatsoever to this case. He has no connection to the Anthony family… Those who have speculated to the contrary could not be more wrong.”   source
Here is an interview of Roy Marvin Kronk on Good Morning America January 13,2009:

(What I find strange is that he mentions the smell of the swamp would have masked the smell of the decomposing body; implying that Casey Anthony-or someone else- would have had advanced knowledge of what a decaying body would smell like).

Roy Kronk-Meter Reader

Roy Kronk-Meter Reader

“In the early 1990s, while on duty with the U.S. Coast Guard in Key West, Florida, I had a girlfriend who made the decision to discontinue her relationship with me and move to South Carolina to reside with another man. At some time after her departure, she called me and asked me to come to South Carolina and help her move away from that individual. I travelled to South Carolina to assist her. Upon my arrival in South Carolina, the man she was living with engaged me in a confrontation. As a result of that confrontation, I was arrested based on false allegations that I had kidnapped my former girlfriend. The matter was submitted to a grand jury in South Carolina. The grand jury determined that there was no probable cause to bring charges against me. In recognition of the falsity of these allegations, all records relating to this arrest were expunged by the South Carolina court. ( I don’t know about South Carolina, but, wouldn’t the ex-girlfriend had to have pressed charges; unless that state considers women chattel, and, allowed the boyfriend to press charges-I don’t get it).

“When I applied for employment by Orange County, since the records of this arrest had been expunged, I would have been within my rights to not disclose this incident. However, I chose to disclose this arrest and the expungement of the records because I had nothing to hide and have a personal policy of openness and honesty about events in my life,” the statement said.   source

According to an article on Kreuzer’s blog, Kronk had been a bounty hunter and a bails bond agent in Kingsport, Tennessee for more than 10 years, until 2004.

Ginnette Matcia Lucas Psychic

A psychic, Ginnette Matcia Lucas,  confirmed that she was the other person on the phone with private investigator Dominic Casey when Jim Hoover filmed him in the wooded area off Suburban Dr. just weeks before the discovery of Caylee Anthony’s remains by meter reader Roy Kronk.

Lucas claims to have had a dream which woke her up at 3:00 a.m. on November 15th after having held a teddy bear which once belonged to the two-year-old deceased child and studying maps of the area.   source

Here is a link to the psychic on the Nancy Grace Show trying to explain why she cannot prove her claim because her cell phone carrier shows no such call having be made-Dalia’s blog.

Perhaps she is direct competition with Gale St. John who once got all queasy when searching the area last summer. Who knows, maybe St. John will be voted off Grace’s “news” program and Lucas will replace her, or become her evil twin sister or something believable.

Mr. Casey, following the advice of Lucas, can be seen rummaging through trash bags near what appears to be an abandoned house with two outdoor sheds. He is seen turning over cap blocks near what may be a patio, and whisking away a blanket near a cabinet door with what appears to be a dust mask close by. He is later filmed probing the marshy surroundings with what may be a metal stick. Here is the film again:

Much mention has been made about three stones, and Mr. Casey saying “It should be here.”

What I saw appeared to be man-made concrete blocks, not paver bricks, and certainly not stones.

Now they claim Mr. Casey may have been trying to connect a house that is approximately one mile away from where Caylee was found-the previous owner/tenant’s name was Gonzales.

Kathy Belich seems to make much of the fact that people do not feel compelled to give the news stations the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. How are they supposed to get anything done with them tailing them around all the time?

I often wonder about these so-called psychics and how they decode objects they think they see-perhaps it was a euphemism for something else. She was close, but no tomato! Of course, close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. Mr. Casey has taken a lot of heat over this film.

And now a police psychic claims to have had a vision of Casey Anthony ’snuffing’ out her daughter with a mixture of chloroform and insecticide-here’s a link. I don’t know if I can ingest anymore BS.

In addition, WESH news has discovered that Deputy Sheriff Richard Cain who took the call to investigate a sighting made by Roy Kronk back in August is being investigated and disciplinary action is expected. Kronk said on Good Morning America this morning that the man was “rude” to him and didn’t investigate the sight at all. (I wouldn’t either if I saw rattle snakes!).

Meanwhile, the grandparents of the slain toddler, George and Cindy Anthony, are still planning a funeral. They are considering cremating the remains due to all the media attention and people looking to profit from the little girls death. They fear she will be dug up at a future date by ghoulish people seeking souvenirs or such.

They do know who will not be invited at this time: Leonard Padilla and Lois Peter.

In the e-mail obtained by Local 6 News, Cindy Anthony wrote to Lois Peter, “As for my daughter, she never hurt Caylee and that will be proven. She loved her deeply.”

Peter responded in an e-mail, saying, “I would not want my granddaughter around a person that condones her daughter killing her own child. At least I know where mine is.”

(Okay, this doesn’t make much sense, because I think I’ve already heard this before-why is this coming up now?). Here is a video on the subject:

Peter sought a restraining order against Cindy Anthony in August after Casey had sent her 12 year-old granddaughter a bracelet, a letter, a few emails while she was out on bond. It was a thank you gesture for hosting a candle light vigil for her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.

Though no evidence had been presented at that time, everyone was eager to convict Casey Anthony without a trial-based on media reports. It seems as if they are back to square one-the psychics, dishonest cops, the hate (e)mail, bickering and beatching, but at least one thing is different-this time there actually will be a funeral.

Sheriff’s Deputy Richard Cain has been reassigned pending an investigation due to recent criticism made on national TV by the meter reader that found the remains of missing two-year-old Caylee Anthony, Roy Kronk.

Cain has surrendered his firearm, vehicle, credentials, including his badge, and cannot represent himself as a deputy of the Orange County Sheriffs Office until further notice. source

The deputy has been with the sheriffs department since 2006. During that time he has had two minor complaints-one claiming he didn’t investigate a threatening phone call, and the other claiming he stayed on the property after his investigation was over.

Kronk claims Cain didn’t wade out into the water after a trash bag he believed may have held the body of Caylee Marie Anthony. Instead, claims Kronk, Cain used his baton to see if anything was in the water.

Well, I don’t blame him for not going out into the water after a bag of trash-who wants to be bit by a snake? And where is that white thing Kronk claimed that was under a tree? And where is that white board across the tree that the white thing was under? Maybe he just pulled out the baton to have it handy in case he needed to defend himself-there are a lot of serial killers out there you know!

What gets me is if Kronk was so certain that that was the exact spot where Caylee was dumped, then why didn’t he go back and retrieve the bag himself when Padilla had offered a $50,000 reward for the dead body? And, what exactly was he and someone else doing in the area the day before he made his first call to the police?

Now the senseless media is playing Padilla’s games and giving different dates on things-the attorneys are splitting the photos-it’s back to Jurassic Park once again-it doesn’t work!

Mark NeJame and Tim Miller

Mark NeJame and Tim Miller

Mark NeJame has given Kronk $5,000 as a reward for finding Caylee’s body. He stated the money was given to him when he took the Anthonys’ as his clients. He would just like to be free of the money I’m sure, and he is probably grateful she was finally found.

In addition, shortly after George and Cindy Anthony started giving television interviews without consulting him-he resigned. Caylee Marie was found on December 11th while the Anthonys’ were in California doing an interview with Larry King.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch quickly retained NeJame as counsel after he resigned from working with the Anthonys’. His wise advice will come in handy now that the attorney for Casey Anthony, Jose Baez, may seek all information on volunteers who worked with Equusearch. Since his operation is primarily composed of volunteers, he only has two volunteers that could handle the paperwork, more than 20,000 pages, involved in Baez’s request.

An interview with Greta-Miller states he will not give Baez one piece of information collected on his volunteers:

He had previously this week divulged the source of the November 8th tip which claimed Casey’s car had been seen in that area. By now everyone has already seen Jim Hoover’s film on an area nearby in which the media turned into the reinterpretation of the Blair Witch Project.

More people need his services other than the people of Orlando.

“This has caused me personally a lot of financial, emotion and physical grief. This case wore on me more than any case that I’ve worked.”

“Caylee Anthony was not the very first missing person in this country and she’s not going to be the last missing person in this country,” Miller said.   source

Miller stated though he received more media exposure, his funds were drained looking for that one little girl.

Miller runs a small construction company in Texas as a regular occupation.(Hope he is constantly looking over his shoulder now when he buys material and careful from whom he takes checks now that he has been involved in this case-that duct tape wasn’t a good sign).

I wouldn’t Get Involved either if their culture is dominated by an irresponsible media force, the FBI is backing someone who is telling lies and profiting from those lies, and the dishonorable Nancy Grace is any where in sight, and, a pretty single white woman is in the picture. Their tact is great if you are producing a quasi-soap opera drama and pawning it off as a news report-it does nothing for the missing, nor does it help the dead find a final resting place on earth.

Once again it seems as if the final round of the Casey Anthony saga is going back into the ‘whose team are you on’ phase.

Soon after the missing two-year-old was reported missing in July by her grandmother Cindy Anthony, the local and national news stations kept the story in the spotlight. The arresting officer asked her if she wanted to be viewed by the public as a ‘monster’.

Soon afterwards protesters dressed as ‘monsters’ started gracing the air waves while other pinheaded half wits brought headstones, their dogs, and their children to be abused in front of the Anthony home off Hopespring Dr. in Orlando Florida. The local media and especially CNN’s Nancy Grace kept the focus on the dysfunctional family-squatting in the neighborhood until they nearly destroyed it.

It wasn’t long before bounty hunter Leonard Padilla jumped on the band wagon to extract as much money and publicity from the missing child-he ran as soon as lab reports-based on never before used forensics- came back stating a dead body had been in the trunk of the 1998 Sunbird once driven by the 22 year old mother of the child, Casey Anthony. Padilla staged every form of cheesy investigation he could think of while still sitting on his azz and hi- fiving Nancy Grace nightly-he immediately sought legal representation after leaving Florida as he knew he would soon be involved in the made for TV trial when the time came.

Larry Garrison had the same idea, I would assume, as he too did everything he could think of to draw the spotlight on the family who may have a person in their family that could have killed her own child. What did he do? Out of the kindness of his heart he ripped them off and then skedaddled. Everyone thought he was some kind of ‘expert’ because he had been involved in the JonBenet Ramesy case when some morons flew John Karr back from oversees because another ‘expert’ could prove Karr was guilty of the murder…they even showed the dots on his face that a surgeon had made while he was awaiting a sex change they claimed. Why bring him back!? They had no DNA, no proof he’d even been within miles of the place, just ‘expert’ psychoanalysis based most likely on a movie,”Silence of the Lambs,” which was written off an FBI’s interpretation of the Zodiac killers cryptograms, which by the way tells about a car, a race car driver, and a pool hustler-not to mention what they put in the food products. It’s the same ‘ole get everyone down the tarmac crap.

Inasmuch as it isn’t inconceivable that the mother of the child could have killed her, what is inconceivable is how everyone reacted to the situation.

Now in the final stage, after the remains of the toddler were discovered on December 11th near the home of the grandparents, the lawyers, police, and volunteer teams are going at it-guess the psychics will be disagreeing soon!

Tim Miller claims he has spent about $100,000 searching for the child while Casey Anthony did nothing to help-even his own volunteers claim that they searched the area where the child was found and didn’t see anything. He could have pulled out at any time. I think he kept going because he thought the family was trying to cover up for their daughter…which doesn’t explain the missing childrens search on the computer done months earlier, the chloroform search and other weapons, the mysterious hair, etc. The fact is-he was pissed at Cindy Anthony who thought her granddaughter was still alive.

Baez’s wants Equusearch’s records, quite possibly because he has a strong need for paperwork and would like to buy a matching file cabinet to go with his new desk.

As it turned out, 1500 pages of psychic tips were turned over to the grandparents-the rest could be purchased. Did her attorney actually need those tips?

Apparently not, the meter reader located the body four months earlier while everyone was setting up shop printing T-shirts, writing their own scripts, tuning into Nancy Grace as if they thought Leonard Padilla actually had a lick of sense, harassing the family as if they thought they could get them to talk by boycotting them and their neighborhood, and viewing the family as community property all the while waving their constitutional  rights and thinking it is the most American thing to do.

Padilla could care less-that’s why he claimed 500 bounty hunters were coming to help him, not to mention a woman from Oklahoma and Arizona who never showed I’m sure. They already know why Padilla got Murt live and his Internet reporting crew on board and they probably don’t want to be chased down the hiway and threatened, shot at, or have their family threatened because the FBI thinks he has a good plan and is willing to pay him for his tips he gathers through the use his “make me look big” program. I noticed whenever I blocked Itsamystery from Ardmore Oklahoma, Murt Live went down too. Anyone from Az. isn’t going to Fla. to help because they have their own problems-the drug lords have commandeered a section of the mountains near the Mexican border and now America’s own scientists can’t even do research-not even for cancer. Apparently they don’t care about Grace’s experts, Padilla, Casey Anthony or anyone else. The Mexicans have their own problems, keeping a decent vehicle is probably one of them.

Which leads to wonder why people thought George Anthony should go to Mexico to look for Caylee? Or even Farmers Branch Texas?

And why on earth did they have so many gas cans?

And what was Casey Anthony doing at the dealership she thought her Dad would be mad about when talking to Tony Rusianno in May? And just who was she talking to at the Lexus dealership-according to cell pings and phone records- the day many think Caylee disappeared, right after Father’s Day? And how did she know what the woman who looked at the Sawgrass apartment drove?

I can understand Casey’s fascination with shamrocks, though the fetish hasn’t brought her much luck. I can even understand why she’d want to place a hat with one in the trash-knowing that someone would come by and find it. I can even understand why Cindy stated that a shamrock T-shirt had disappeared from the car after they brought it home-it has a lot to do with all the gas cans, not to mention the credit cards, check theft, etc.

In my “breakneck” of the woods, when they started that crap at the local Target store, they made them get their own security guard. When people around here have their kids taken-they are on their own. When someone robs a bank, someone else gets paid for those tips-why, because the police won’t even take a report, much less overlook a bag of trash.

Orlando has just brought to the light of day how the “system” really works, that’s all.

I found this really great article and thought I’d pass it along-enjoy!

Earlier this week jailhouse footage of Casey Anthony was released to the media. It is no surprise that the story of missing toddler Caylee Anthony ranked as one of the top stories of 2008—a recent Orlando Sentinel poll ranked Caylee’s disappearance as the #3 story of the year among readers, and the #4 story by the paper’s editorial board. And as Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony prepares to go to trial for the murder of her daughter, there’s little doubt that people will be following this story well into 2009.

While Casey may have become the poster child of bad parenting for a number of obvious reasons–and some that are yet to be determined–there are a few more lessons to be learned from this story. In many ways the white hot spotlight of the media’s attention kept enough people interested in finding Caylee so that her body was eventually found.

One of this week’s biggest local stories was about Roy Kronk, the meter reader who ended up finding the garbage bag that contained Caylee’s remains.  Even though the body was uncovered in December, reports of a suspicious bag came in as early as August.

Of course, that white hot spotlight of attention directs a very narrow beam. For every well publicized missing child’s case, how many more children remain missing and never get national attention? The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has a long list of children who have been missing for months, sometimes years.

Unfortunately, some people really got burned by the heat of the 24/7 coverage. I can only imagine what it must have been like for parents in that southeast Orlando neighborhood who tried to get their get their kids to school safely without encountering remote TV station trucks and protesters on the Anthony’s front lawn. How did those parents manage to put their kids to bed at night when fights were breaking out in front of the Anthony house?

And while a lot of attention has been focused on the villains in this story, there are a many more anonymous heroes who searched and prayed for Caylee without ever seeking out the spotlight. Many of them were parents themselves, imagining what they would do if their child was missing. People donated money and some volunteers traveled hundreds of miles to wade through the marshlands of east Orange County in an attempt to find Caylee. Perhaps the most hopeful lesson learned is that the vast majority of parents are like the ones who prayed for Caylee’s safe return, and not the infamous toddler mother who apparently put her own desires before the needs of her child.

Jose Baez and Casey Anthony

Jose Baez and Casey Anthony

The Florida Bar is preparing a case against Jose Baez, attorney for accused murderess Casey Anthony, who is rumored to have entertainment contracts in place to pay for his so called ‘Dream Team’ which is reported to be contingent upon the outcome of the trial. (Sounds a lot like gambling).Expert witnesses, including renowned scientists from across the nation, and one from Canada, have been brought in to refute the evidence the State of Florida has brought against Anthony:

Rumors of misconduct surfaced after Baez brokered a deal for licensing fees and received $200,000. Here is a link to WFTV’s report.

“How is he affording to represent her and are the decisions being made in her best interest and with her permission?” attorney Richard Hornsby said.

Baez said he knows about the investigation and said it’s been filed by people with an ax to grind.   source

The video below may yield clues to whose ‘ax’ should be put to the whetstone-Baez kicks a WFTV’s reporter out of his office after Anthony was indicted on murder charges in October after lab reports from the Body Farm, testimony from the defendants own father, and a hair matching that of missing Caylee Anthony showed a death band near the root proved that there had been a dead body at one time in the trunk of Casey’s 1998 Pontiac Sunbird-abandoned at a local Amscot- prior to being retrieved by the grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, from Johnson’s towing service in Orlando Fla.:

The twenty-two year old mother of the toddler had lied to investigators regarding her employment and had claimed her daughter had been taken by a babysitter she had known for four years. Anthony had also been charged with economic crimes stemming from the use of stolen checks taken from the glove compartment of  her best friends car, who had been away on vacation, and used them at a local Target store to purchase lingerie, clothing and food.

Local and national media outlets have appeared to have been competing with the state

Protesters in front of Anthony home

Protesters in front of Anthony home

over who will be handling the trial-them, or the state-since the story first broke on July 15th when Cindy Anthony called police to report the child missing and the smell of death in her daughter’s car.

Spokesman for the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office, Randy Means, issued a statement to local media outlets:

“My Friday conversation with Mary from Channel 9 was very simple. I told her that we also have heard from media employees that questions [have] arisen as to Defendant Anthony’s counsel. I wouldn’t specify what question. I informed the reporter that it is the court’s responsibility to insure a fair trial for the accused and if any improprieties actually took place by either side, defense or state, both the Florida Bar and the Courts are venues that would hear the complaints. If her story stated anything other than that, it was a creation of a futile mind and questionable ethics.”   source

Another battle with the media is demonstrated in Baez’s statements to the media after receiving the discs containing photos of Caylee’s remains which were discovered December 11th within a quarter mile of the Anthony home. The skull had been reported to have had duct tape attached and had rolled out of a garbage bag, according to the meter reader Roy Kronk, who discovered the body while taking a break from his route-thus creating a high demand for those gruesome photos which both the family and the state want to keep confidential:

Even the California bounty hunter- Leonard Padilla-had hoped to capitalize off finding the skull of Caylee Anthony just one month before her skull was discovered by former bail bondsman Roy Kronk.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch was inflamed by the idea.

Though these rumors have been surfacing for months, mostly by online bloggers who have circulated petitions claiming to be seeking ‘justice’ for Caylee Anthony, this is the first investigation by both the state and the Florida Bar. It is understandable that both parties would seek high security regarding evidence in the case as the media brought in bloggers that actually rummaged through the grandparents trash,  scores of people showed up in the neighborhood simply looking for a fight, while others launched their own “investigation” of anyone trying to locate the missing two-year-old or help the family in any manner.

Hal Boedeker, The TV Guy, commented on the report of Baez’s funding issues:

I thought WFTV-Channel 9’s story Monday night about Jose Baez was gossipy and lacking substance.

Baez has filed motions in court requesting a change of venue as he thinks the media circus surrounding the case against his client could taint a potential jury pool. Here is an interview with Greta discussing the negative publicity:

Baez held a press conference Jan. 21st to confront current issues surrounding the rumors:

Documents relating to the mother accused of the unthinkable and repugnant act of  filicide were recently released. Here is a link describing that a Winnie The Pooh blanket, a laundry bag in which she was placed prior to being placed in a garbage bag, and a heart shape sticker that fell off the duct tape on the mouth area of the skull were among the items recovered with the remains at the crime scene on December 11th.

Investigators as far away as Hollywood are seeking information to the case asking for anyone with knowledge of Casey Anthony or Roy Kronk to call them-it almost sounds like a continuation of Padilla’s ‘daisy chain’ theory! Perhaps they should look into the connection between Padilla and Kronk!

Halifax Medical Center

Halifax Medical Center

George Anthony, 57, is being held for 72 hours in compliance with Florida’s Baker Act, at the Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach for observation after sending text messages to relatives suggesting he wanted to end his life-“he did not want to live anymore and that he wanted to be with Caylee.”

A suicide note was reported to have been found; no weapons or medication other than that to treat high blood pressure was found-here is a link to Dalia’s video annex for a clip. His daughter, Casey Marie Anthony, now sits in jail accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, whose body was discovered in December near the Anthony home.

Motel Where George Anthony Was Found

Motel Where George Anthony Was Found

Orange County detectives used cell phone pings to track him to Daytona Beach near Bethune Point after he sent messages that said he “wanted to make sure Caylee was in God’s arms.” Daytona Police Chief Mike Chitwood located the despondent Anthony at the Hawaii Motel in the 1300 block of S. Ridgewood Avenue. He convinced the father of Casey Anthony, accused of first degree murder in the death of her child, to seek medical attention. Here is a link to Dalia’s blog for a video clip.

Two empty pill bottles with no labels on them were found in the trash can, Chitwood said.Though a five page suicide note was found in the vehicle; it is uncertain if it was actually a suicide note at this point:

In the first few lines of the missive, Anthony bemoans the death of the 2-year-old whose remains were found last month in a wooded area near the Anthony’s Orlando residence. He also mentioned that he would have liked to take his granddaughter to school and shoot hoops with her, sources said. source

On Wednesday Cindy had asked George to pick out jewelry for Caylee’s funeral, which seemed to upset him more, reports show.   source

Chitwood said while driving Anthony to Halifax Health he remained quiet and did not discuss the court case against his daughter other than to say:

“there was no way (the Chief) could know what this was like.” source

Mr. Anthony had consumed sleeping pills and alcohol was found in the room.  source

Mr. Anthony failed to meet his wife, Cindy, and their lawyer, Brad Conway, yesterday at 4 p.m.. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office was notified; the lead detective on the murder case, Sgt. John Allen, drove to the Anthony home to meet with Cindy Anthony. Here is a link to the 911 call made by the Anthony’s attorney, Brad Conway.

Salina Wang comments on George Anthony’s condition:

Mrs. Anthony had sought counsel earlier in the investigation and was medicated for the stress surrounding the disappearance of her grandchild-she had lost approximately 30 lbs soon after the news that Caylee may be deceased began to surface. Another link to a video-thanks Dalia!

The operators of the motel, M.J. and Nina Patel, said Mr. Anthony looked calm when he arrived-having no luggage. He inquired about a “decent” pizza place in the area -not one of the chain restaurants, Nina Patel said. They said they didn’t know who he was but had seen his daughter and granddaughters face on TV. (Yeah, right…why mention pizza?)   source

Brad Conway talks to reporters in front of the Anthony home:

The entire family has been under close scrutiny since the disappearance of Caylee was reported in mid-July. Scores of protesters lined the sidewalk in front of their Orlando home, and many more rushed in to exploit the family and the missing child whose duct taped skull was discovered by the person who read their utility meter, Roy Kronk.

More discovery documents were released this week-311 pages- detailing items taken from the crime scene and suggesting that Casey Anthony may have placed a heart shaped sticker on top of the duct tape that was found adhered to the skull of the toddler whose body had been placed in a laundry bag, then placed inside of a black trash bag.

Mr. Anthony had thrown out a white trash bag left in the trunk of his daughter’s white 1998 Sunbird-which reeked of human decomposition- when retrieving the car from Johnson’s Wrecker Service, which had been towed after setting three days in front of a local Amscot.

George Anthony had testified before a grand jury in October; members of that jury  brought first degree murder charges against his only daughter, twenty-two-year-old Casey Anthony.Source

Gabriel Adam, an attorney working with Jose Baez, counsel to Casey Anthony, told Casey of her father’s condition early this morning.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch, who led volunteers in Orange County searching for the remains of Caylee Anthony, was informed of George Anthony’s condition:

I know what I went through with the death of my daughter Laura, which doesn’t even compare to what George is going through,” Miller told Investigation Discovery. “George has my full support, and whatever he needs from me, I am there for him.  Texas EquuSearch will continue to hold George up in prayer as he goes through this most difficult time.”  (from the blog of  David Lohr)

George Anthony, father of Casey Anthony who now sits in jail awaiting her March trial on first degree murder charges in the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee, may be released from Halifax Medical Center in Daytona as early as tomorrow after a recent suicide attempt in a Daytona motel. Mr. Anthony was tracked down by the OCSO after sending text messages to his family suggesting he didn’t want to live any longer and longed to be with his granddaughter whose remains were found near their Orlando home in December while they were in California giving an interview on Larry King Live.

Since their daughter Casey was incarcerated back in July, the grandparents have experienced conflicting beliefs over the whereabouts of their granddaughter; based largely on what their daughter Casey had told them about her childs’ disappearance, and perhaps what others involved in missing childrens’ cases have told them about past cases. They continued to hold on to hope that Caylee Marie would be found alive until her skeletal remains were recovered and sent off to labs across the country for DNA analysis to confirm that the child was actually Caylee Marie Anthony.

Mike Defrost discusses the incongruous behavior and statements exhibited by Mr. Anthony during the time they were searching for Caylee:

After details were released surrounding the disappearance of Caylee Anthony, the media and protesters swarmed the middle class neighborhood in Orlando to be the first to reel in “breaking” news about the family. For many, the smell of death in the trunk of Casey’s car was enough to convict her on murder charges- even without a body. Many armchair psychologists whose experience is limited to the Dr. Phil Show, Oprah, and TV newscasts, ranted and raved outside the Anthony home in an attempt to “help them through their denial phrase.”

Webcams, reporters, licensed private detectives and online armchair detectives, whose experience most likely came from nightly crime TV shows, monitored the family’s every move.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, talks about the recent events and the toll all the constant coverage has taken on members of the family who has already lost a granddaughter they loved and may now lose their only daughter whose life may be spent behind bars:

Night after night CNN has kept the nation, as well as the world, informed of the tragedy that struck this middle-class Orlando family. Nancy Grace and her megalomaniac informant, often seen with a sharp phallic like instrument pushed down the back of his pants and located near the crack of his azz- Leonard Padilla-have publicly ridiculed not only Casey’s behavior, but, that of the family as well, and have even made suggestions that Lee Anthony may have been the father of the murdered child. Leonard Padilla even once stated that he liked George Anthony, but didn’t like his family-which is basically an insult.

Their fan club have maligned the entire family, not to mention anyone assisting in the search for Caylee, as they lined their pockets through the death of a child whose large innocent eyes captivated the hearts of people across the nation with their “Big Me-Little You” analogies.

Leonard Padilla At The Little Econ River

Leonard Padilla At The Little Econ River

Leonard Padilla, bounty hunter whose nephew posted bail for Casey back in August, had even suggested that Tim Miller, founder of Texas Equusearch, join in on the exploitation of this child when he told him they could make a lot of money if they could find Caylee’s skull in Jay Blanchard Park near an area he claimed to have found a handmade cross. That comment came in November-one month prior to the child’s duct taped skull, stamped with a small heart, being found by a former bail bondsmen-now meter reader-Roy Kronk.

Click on this link to see what the pair of two-faced twins had to say about the latest development in the Casey Anthony reality saga-Padilla explains how George Anthony has gone from pillar to post and Grace digs deep to pretend she is sympathetic to the most current developments in the TV reality crime show-in real time- made of the Anthony family–link!

Geraldo was the only reporter allowed to interview Padilla and his team who camped out in front of the Anthony home in an RV after Casey Anthony bonded out of jail on child neglect charges. Padilla later enlisted the help of a third rate reporter with a webcam to film his faux dive in the Little Econ River.

Brad Conway speaks with Geraldo:

Many rushed in, much like Padilla, claiming to help the family, and, then proven to turn on them. Their own spokesman, Larry Garrison, was fired after it was discovered he profited from family photos in the high profile case. Garrison was also involved in the JonBenet Ramsey case after John Mark Karr stepped forward to claim he had been with the adolescent beauty queen whose lifeless body was discovered-garroted and bashed in the skull- in the home the day after Christmas; a small red heart had been drawn on her hand.

Some believe that the recent document release of 311 pages of crime scene evidence-detailing items recovered with the tiny remains- may have pushed Mr. Anthony over the edge as both he and his wife have been preparing for the burial of the two-year-old child whose life had brought them much joy and happiness.

Many watching find it unfathomable that a pretty twenty-two-year old unwed mother could kill her child and place duct tape over the mouth and leave her like trash by the side of the road, while abandoning the car at a check cashing place and stealing checks to go on a spending spree at a local Target store. Others feel that is typical of a sociopath-much like the famed Susan Smith.

A web designer, with buzzard-like features, that once offered assistance has been the latest to cast suspicions on the family. Listen as he explains his expertise in the field of psychology, likening himself to Dr. Phil, and without presenting any evidence, he explains how the email of Cindy Anthony couldn’t have been hacked on Thanksgiving while the family was away:

Sean Krause:

Meanwhile, online bloggers beotch about who is paying for Mr. Anthony’s recent hospital bills and cackle about the timeliness of the lawyers involved; these are the pillars of our society whose rants and analogies suck the life out of many drawn into this draconian styled saga -no doubt abou tit!

Caylee Doll

Caylee Doll

Just when you thought the exploitation of the missing and murdered child Caylee Marie Anthony couldn’t get much worse, Showbiz Productions’ plans to put their new Caylee Sunshine line of “tributes” to Caylee on sale next Tuesday. The blonde haired, blue-eyed doll is 18″ high and will retail for $29.99. It will play You Are My Sunshine every time a button on its belly is pushed.

If you are really into becoming fans of the interactive murder mystery that has swept the nation, you may also purchase a Caylee Sunshine bracelet.

Jaime Salcedo, president of Showbiz Promotions, said he is not selling a doll that looks exactly like Caylee because it would be too morbid and difficult for the public.  Orlando Sentinel

Too morbid?? After all we’ve seen, heard, and read, I have to wonder where the line actually is!

Here is an interview on News 6:

I can only imagine that they will later produce miniature rolls of duct tape and heart shaped stickers to go with the doll so that children may role play how children should be treated. Perhaps an Easy Bake oven would go nicely with the Caylee Sunshine collection as they could warm up stale pizza under a 60 watt light bulb.

Then, they will come up with a pet squirrel, a brunette “tot mom,” and other dehumanizing characters that have been involved in the exploitation of this innocent child God sent to earth to show the splendors he had created. I am soooo glad she is actually with God right now instead of here with the rest of us!

I can recall hearing some FBY profiler on Nancy Grace stating something about Cindy taking medication for dealing with the stress and anxiety of their current situation. He was like-so what, more than half of America is on medication-makes you wonder why, huh?

Showbiz Promotions plan to catch the same gravy train that Leonard Padilla, Nancy Grace, and the other media outlets are on. They wish to split their current market, promising to donate $3.00 of every doll sold to a missing childrens’ organization-NCMEC.

They didn’t say where the proceeds of their bracelets and their T-shirts would go.

Update: After the news broke of the impending sale of the “Caylee” doll, public outrage discouraged Jaime Salcedo from marketing the doll. However, Salcedo stated that they may go on sale at a later date. source

A different company has announced plans to sell Casey Anthony Voodoo dolls. A La. artist has three of the Casey dolls on ebay starting at $19.95-complete with a Bible, handcuffs, and white sunglasses.

A description of the priciest doll, with a starting bid of $29.99, is made by a New Orleans artist who is a “studied, practiced and renound (sic) Spiritual Healer; Gemologist and Jeweler. Equally engages in healing and spiritual craftmaking, (sic) and in designing and manufacturing spiritual (sic) and uniquie (sic) jewel crafts (emphasis on Voodoo Dolls and Dreamcatchers).

I hope George Anthony stays in the hospital a while longer-this is too much!!

Jose Baez is seeking information on Richardo Morales, former boyfriend of Casey Anthony, including forensic computer reports which include a photo of "Win Her Over With Chloroform" the Morales says he posted on his MySpace site at the beginning of 2008. Casey and Morales had dated from January until about mid-April, two months prior to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony, whose duct taped skull was discovered in December near the grandparents home.
Some files had been deleted the day that Morales laptop was turned over to detectives that had said there was no incriminating evidence found on his computer.
Casey Anthony had lived with friends at the Sawgrass Apts., including best friend Amy Hueizanga, whose checks she had used at Target and for cash while she was in Puerto Rico. Amy had loaned Casey her car while she was away.
She had just moved in with a new boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro, about the time Caylee is beleived to have gone missing. She is reported to have been working at the Fusion Club, hired by Lazzaro, to manage the shot girls.Fusions is a popular hip hop club in the area and Lazzaro's roommate and another friend worked there as well-one was a DJ, and the other, a photographer.
I found this great hiphop site and decided to include an excerpt. I think this explains how and why the grandparents reacted the way they did even after everyone had decided Caylee was dead. Check out the entire site-link below:

On Friday, October 24, 2008, a forensic report from Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee confirmed results from a DNA test showing “evidence consistent with decomposition” based on five “key” compounds out of over 400 possible found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car. DNA samples cannot confirm whether the source is alive or dead. The only DNA testing by the FBI was limited to 752 base pairs out of 16,569 base pairs (less than 5% of the mitochondrial genome sequence). Whether or not the decomposition is human is still unknown but indicated as a possibility. The process has not been affirmed by a Daubert Test in the courts.

On November 26, 2008, officials released 700 pages of documents related to the Anthony investigation, which included evidence of Google searches of the terms “neck breaking,” “how to make chloroform,” and “death” on Casey Anthony’s home computer. No dates were given as to when the searches were done. AllHipHop.com

I don’t know much about hiphop, but I have included videos of a song from a hiphop artist that I really like-there are three interpretations-enjoy!

Mark Furhman talks with Greta about the air freshener sheets found in Casey Anthony’s and Tony Lazzaro’s vehicles. He believes the tiny sheets were used to mask the incredibly horrendous smell left by the decomposing body in Casey’s 1998 Pontiac. He also speculates on the color of handle on the trash bags in the area including the one in which Caylee Anthony’s body was found on December 11th.

What amazes me is that the trash bag left in the trunk of Casey’s car was white, while the bag which contained Caylee’s body was the exact opposite-black. Not only was Caylee double bagged, first in a laundry bag, then placed in the black trash bag, but iron on letters were also found with the remains.

It hasn’t been indicated if these letters fell off her hat, which was recovered around the time that Roy Kronk had first reported the strange bag to authorities back in August, or, if they were from an arts and crafts supply kit that perhaps Casey made crafts-like the cross Padilla found in Jay Blanchard Park back in August too.

The similarities that strike me the most is that not only was the body placed in a laundry bag, but, a detergent bottle was also among the trash-containing chemicals unknown-which seems to go with the fabric softener sheets found in the vehicles. Tell me if I’m way off base here-perhaps it’s just a leap of logic on my part.

The other end of the spectrum of this mystery is delving into the personal affairs of the

family once again, garnering national attention in People magazine. The cover is just a preview of what’s to come-as if they are unveiling a new twin engine sports car! They are rehashing the emails that Cindy’s brother had sent berating her for berating others. I mean-c’mon! Hasn’t everyone already heard this? And who hasn’t called a loved one stupid at one time or another? (Will the circle…be unbroken..)

Nancy Grace and Padilla compete for attention in this saga almost nightly, amassing a fan club similar to a stitch-n-beotch quilting party they used to have years ago.

The women who call from around the country frequently coo to Grace about how adorable her twins are, before launching into venomous attacks on the day’s bad guy. Panelists cluck-cluck and furrow their brows. James Rainey

Not only is Casey Anthony’s family dysfunctional, but it seems as though those covering her case bare similar characteristics. Both Greta and Furhman are chasing after something that isn’t there-like Cindy and George thinking Caylee was alive-Greta latching on to a cop which failed miserably in a huge case and she always covers the story again and again–even though she covered it months ago. Nancy Grace and Padilla act the same way. With Grace, she portrays those same superiority characteristics everyone hates in Cindy and chooses a ‘cop-like’ character, Padilla, who can’t find Caylee, or anything else for that matter, and still criticizes the family because it is acceptable on national TV in America today.

I can’t help but wonder how many horses gave up their lives for this most pathetic soap operetta which they call news.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick and Jose Baez-Photo by Red Huber

Attorney for Casey Anthony, Jose Baez, filed a motion to have the state prosecutors thrown off the case alleging improprieties and media leaks. New York attorney Linda Kenney Baden also signed the motion asking for the recusal. Here is a link to that motion: click here

This comes after the Florida Bar had launched an investigation after rumored “entertainment deals” with contingency fees attached began to shadow Baez’s reputation and professionalism. The investigation was halted January 22.

Most of the confusion surrounds the mysterious spokesman for the defense, Todd Black, who claims his name is an abbreviation to protect his real identity, of Press Corps Media, whose company released negative statements against the State Attorney, Lawson Lamar. It would be illegal for anyone in Baez’s employ to slander another attorney-especially the State Attorney.

Since the State Attorney’s Office had faxed a letter claiming an anonymous person had initiated the investigation, Baez is retaliating by claiming that same office is trying to violate Casey Anthony’s Sixth Amendment Right to counsel of her choice. Baez has asked that the Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum step in and intercede.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick contends that the defense attorney that wrote the motion filed the wrong one, and, that no prosecutor assigned to this particular case was involved in bringing about the investigation by the Florida Bar.

Timothy Chinaris, attorney for Baez, had written a letter to the bar back in November explaining the relationship of Baez’s Law Firm with Todd Black. As it turns out, a Connecticut family has donated funds to pay for Baez’s spokesman because the family “… is sympathetic to the plight of Ms. Anthony and her family.” source

Jose Baez has been battling the media since day one and feels they are preventing his client from getting a fair trial; Casey Anthony has not attended most of the hearings since her incarceration. Baez stated that requiring Anthony’s presence at pre-trial hearings “only fuels the circus-like atmosphere which paints the Defendant in a negative light.” Orlando Sentinel

Baez talks about tabloid coverage:

From WFTV:

Casey’s defense team is waiting for decisions on several of the new motions filed in the case. In the most recent motion (read motion), attorney Jose Baez is requesting all fingerprint-related evidence, any DNA reports that show Casey’s former fiancee Jesse Grund was not Caylee’s father, and materials regarding the decomposing hair found in Casey’s trunk.

Also, the Orange County Corrections Department wants clarification about when Casey Anthony is required to attend court hearings (read Corrections’ motion). The judge has ordered Casey to show up for all hearings (read judge’s ruling), including one Friday morning, but Baez filed a motion (read motion) to keep her out of court. WFTV

Judge Strickland had ordered Anthony into the courtroom during a hearing discussing details of the remains of Anthony’s two-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, and had stated she must be present at all pre-trial hearings.

“The judge just kind of wants to make sure, get a chance to see the defendant, and in some cases, it is to the defendant’s benefit to make sure that they’re being treated properly in jail,” said Dean Kenneth Nunn from FAMU Law School.  source

Casey Anthony will be required to be at Friday’s hearing which begins at 8:30 a.m.. Baez is seeking records, videos, maps, etc.  from Texas Equusearch whose volunteer crew had previously searched the area where Caylee Anthony’s remains were finally found in December. He also is requesting to view the property located near the Anthony home; the owner has not returned his calls or granted permission.

Tim Miller, founder of Equusearch, has vowed not to release any personal information of any of the volunteers that gave of their time and money to help find Caylee while her own mother did nothing. He has retained the attorney that the grandparents had once retained, Mark NeJame.

Nejame resigned from their case after they started giving interviews without his advice. Caylee’s remains were found while they were in California giving an interview on Larry King Live.

Other motions reported by News 13 to be considered:

Details about the funeral service planned for Caylee Anthony, whose mother Casey now sits in jail on first degree murder charges, have not been confirmed. George Anthony is still in the Halifax Medical Center in Daytona, and is expected to be released this week.

Update-Casey Anthony is in court and is out of the blue jumper:

Results of the 40 minute hearing:

  • Baez may be allowed to inspect the site where Caylee Anthony’s remains were found.
  • Prosecutors will remain on the case as evidence presented for their removal was lacking.
  • A new trial date may be set as prosecutors and defense have more work to do prior to trial date-March would come way too soon.

Pre-trial hearing Casey enters courtroom:

Baez on obtaining Equusearch’s records:

WFTV’s legal analyst Bill Sheaffer weighs in on today’s hearing:

Here are two videos of the Dr. Phil Show-the other two you can see at YouTube. I just thought these two were the meat of the story. Grund explains how websites have damaged his reputation.

Notice that holier than thou look on Grace’s face as if she is actually doing Caylee justice…unbelievable! This child is her and Padilla’s gravy train.

Grund also declares that the Anthonys’ were pointing a finger at him. Well, that is to be expected since he and Casey were once engaged and he probably had more contact with the child than any other boyfriend Casey had. George and Cindy probably weren’t even aware of the other boyfriends.

Below is a site that belongs to Sean Krause, the guy that was interviewed on Greta not too long ago. He is going to write a book about his experiences in the Caylee Anthony Case-this information came out right after George Anthony was admitted into the psychiatric hospital. He claims that Cindy Anthony confided in him, as if he were Dr. Phil, and admitted things to him no one else knows. He also claims to be a “friend” of Mark NeJame-here is a link to an earlier blog, the video is at the bottom of the page Listen to this guy, this is as ugly as he is:

I checked out his site once. He speaks out about PAP smears, making a leap into abortion…he is a real nut case! Apparently some stupid girl thinks he is cute.

I don’t know about you, but, is he really capable of writing a book? Shouldn’t he be on meds? It’s like the creme of the crud never ends!

And, when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, an investigative tabloid wants you to give them your personal information, including credit card information, to send flowers to the Anthonys! Check out the spill below with weblink:

The Orlando Sentinel has followed up on an earlier report of the mysterious Todd Black, spokesman for the attorney in the high profile case of Casey Anthony-Jose Baez.

Black has refused to give his real name, address, or to be interviewed live. He did release information in a PR attempt to criticize Florida State Attorney Lawson Lamar, claiming he was using the Anthony case in a bid for re-election.

In a Sept. 4 news release, Black wrote that Press Corps Media “has been retained by The Baez Law Firm to coordinate any and all media inquiries.”   source

Timothy Chinaris, attorney for Jose Baez, wrote a letter to the Bar after Baez came under investigation for having “contingency” dealings with entertainment companies in order to collect for his services for Casey Anthony. According to Newsday.com, Chinaris stated that Press Corps Media was retained by a Connecticut family “who is sympathetic to the plight of Ms. Anthony and her family.”

Black has said his last name is an “abbreviated” form he’s used professionally in the past.

The Public Relations Society of America’s code of ethics lists “honesty” as one of its professional values, and states members must “be honest and accurate in all communications,” and “avoid deceptive practices.”   source

Below is a video in which Todd Black is heard speaking on the behalf of Jose Baez. He sparked curiosity about how much inside information he had about the case when he mentioned the “loss of the life of that little girl.” Listen:

“He [Black] does not have any legal opinions whatsoever. He’s simply a spokesman for our firm.” stated Baez in October.

Former FBI agent Jack Trimarco recognized his voice from a case he had worked in the 80’s in which Cabot had tried to extort money from Entertainment Tonight anchor Jann Carl. He stated he was going to show photos of her having sex with another man if she didn’t pay  $30,000. He claims that Todd Black is in fact Gil Cabot. Jack Trimarco speaks with WFTV reporter Kathy Belich:

“It is an absolute lie that I am Gil Cabot,” Black said

Black claims that the criminal background of those helping people charged with crimes is basically a moot point.

“It simply DOES NOT MATTER that when he sold the company in 1996 he remained a consultant, just like it simply DOES NOT MATTER that security names are assigned to our company staff. Turning a prison experience into a successful business deserves respect, and in fact -mainstream news broadcasters and publications regularly employ as experts formally convicted individuals; G.Gordon Liddy, John Dean and Mark Fuhrman, to name a few. Working crisis media cases isn’t fluff public relations, and in high profile situations using security names is required by Press Corps Media for employee safety.”

In the 1989 Los Angeles Times report on Cabot, he was described as a con-artist and Hollywood predator.

  • A 1989 Los Angeles Times article states Cabot posed as another anchorwoman’s husband and used an actress’s name to obtain appliances and a car-Cabot was arrested when he posed as the anchorwoman’s,Tawny Little, husband and bought $800 worth of suits.
  • In 1990, Cabot was convicted of attempting to extort $30,000 from television journalist Jann Carl.
  • In the late 1990s, Cabot was charged with 18 counts of attempted extortion and extortion-related charges in the Los Angeles area.

Well, well, well…I’m starting to get a clearer picture of the three stones the psychic kept seeing and those needing long floppy ears. I can’t wait until they reveal the condition of Caylee’s skull!

Caylee Marie Anthony

Caylee Marie Anthony

A memorial for Caylee Marie Anthony is planned for February 10th at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Orlando. The public is welcome to attend, but the grandparents of the toddler whose image captivated the nation reserves the right to refuse some people, as does the church. Brad Conway, attorney for Mr. and Mrs. George Anthony, plans to release more details concerning the public service in the near future.

Sr. Pastor David Uth said the church wants to be a lighthouse during dark times for the community, including the tragic loss of slain two-year-old Caylee Anthony, and hopes to provide hope, healing, and the opportunity to experience God’s love.

The church also said: – Use of cell phones, still photo and video cameras are not allowed inside the building. – No bags, purses or backpacks will be allowed inside the building. – Everyone who attends the service must pass through a metal detector. source

WFTV will be broadcasting the service via the Internet.

I haven’t been to church in a while, so I can’t help but wonder when they started putting in metal detectors? The world has certainly changed!

When I did go many talked of their missionary trips overseas and what challenges they often faced, many life threatening, and describing the angels that came to their aid. I suppose corporate mega churches, global broadcasting, and the ability to weaponize almost anything has brought us into a new millennium.

The Bible says to teach a child in the ways of the Lord and they will never depart.

Oh, how I now long for that small rock church out in the middle of nowhere, whose members that have passed now are buried next to the church. A quiet place to gather with friends and relatives, wear your “Sunday best,” and sing at the top of your lungs even if you couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket. Elderly women powdered and fanning themselves, some with collapsible drinking cups to fight back the summer heat in the un-airconditioned building, and the pianist of the week banging out gospel hymnals on an aging upright piano, with the squeaking of the pedals adding percussion to each and every tune.

And, afterwards, if you were lucky, the pastor would come to eat dinner with the family. If not, an extra plate was always set in case someone showed up unannounced; a symbol of saying you are always welcome here as the Lord has a welcome for you.

Did the people that attended have guns? Yes! Most were farmers and always had a shotgun handy. Did anyone fear they’d be shot by them…heck, no! These people may have been dumb, but, they weren’t stupid!

Being refused to attend a funeral…who would have “thunk” it? That would have to be more embarrassing than giving a speech with toilet paper stuffed down the back of your pants and flowing down like a fragile white tail, or, having your dress tucked into your pantyhose and walking out in public.

How did a death of a small innocent child tear people apart instead of uniting them?

Someone didn’t get too many stars on their card at Sunday school years ago!

Marinade Dave has set up a page for those who wish to express condolences for Caylee Marie Anthony’s public memorial this coming Tuesday, February 10th at 10:00 a.m. He lives in the area and plans on attending the service and will pass all condolences on to the family.

Try to remember that those in charge of giving you information about the case do so to feed themselves; if negative sells, then that is what they are going to present. There is a good reason Caylee’s body was overlooked for so long. There is also a reason the family has believed in their daughter though everyone else hasn’t. Even if they are wrong, parents naturally want to believe in and protect their children. If this wasn’t so, Casey wouldn’t have lived to be 22 years old.

So far most bloggers have been focused on deciding who is guilty of what without ever having met the family, seeing the evidence, or even getting outside the comfort of their own home and away from their keyboard to see how people really are. If you are one of those people who would prefer to spend your time griping, idolize Nancy Grace and/or Leonard Padilla and let them do your thinking for you, live in a world of delusion thinking average everyday people should be TV ready in times of tragedy and this whole scenario is like a football game on which bets are taken, then I must tell you-he doesn’t want your negative comments-nor does the family.

Casey is currently in jail- she is a threat to no one-not to you or myself. When her day in court comes, there will only be 12 jurors-it is highly unlikely you will be one of them. Remember, you don’t have access to all the evidence and you don’t even know what state or country many of these bloggers actually live in!

The family has lost an innocent child that was near and dear to their hearts. They are the ones suffering-not you! So, c’mon, don’t be  a self-centered “Casey” type individual- you are allowed to use your feelings regardless of what Nancy Grace believes, you are allowed to have compassion for Cindy even though Padilla is profiting off his newly coined phrase “Cindyism,” and you may wish George hope and encouragement though there are several imbeciles looking to “break down the family.” Do you really want these type of people telling you how to live? Invading your neighborhood? Threatening you every time you don’t agree with them? Micro analyzing every movie you’ve ever seen, every song you’ve heard, and every book you’ve ever read? Calling for people to harass other people who own property near you like they did to those near the Anthony family? Stopping you, your neighbors, and anyone associated from making a living?

I say they are cowards! What do you say? Remember, every time they call for boycotts on this or that, they have themselves in mind-not Caylee, not Casey, and certainly not the family.

If you are one that has bashed the family in the past but have had a change of heart, I encourage you to express your well wishes and let the family and the community have peace as they dedicate their beloved Caylee and publicly give her to God-though she is already with Him- for a life with no pain, where she will always be cherished, and His guiding hand will keep her safe from harm forever and ever.

This service is about and for Caylee whose short life  lived in a world of chaos and conflict. We can’t bring her back! But, we can make the chaos and conflict less for the other “Caylees” that are still among us on this earth.

Here is a link to Marinade Daves Blog. He writes great articles and has even included some wonderful photos taken of the area.

Memorial services planned for slain toddler Caylee Marie Anthony will be held at the First Baptist Church of Orlando this Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Seating is expected to begin prior to 9:00 a.m. as they expect attendance to be in the thousands.

Cindy Anthony, Caylee’s grandmother, has written a eulogy- Click here to read. The grandparents have asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to various organizations. They have also requested that only those with the purest of heart attend. Here is an excerpt of Mrs. Anthony’s words:

“Caylee’s life may have been short-lived on this earth, but her life will not have ended without a purpose,” Cindy Anthony wrote. “She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Caylee Marie Anthony now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children.”   source

Brad Conway, attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, has stated that they will demand dignity for Caylee on her day to be remembered. This is not about the upcoming murder trial of Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony, nor is it about the grandparents and what they may have done wrong-this service is solely for Caylee!

Knowing that may not happen, all in attendance will be required to pass through a metal detector. No cell phones, purses, or cameras will be allowed in the church-security will be tight.

Leonard Padilla, the California bounty hunter who posted Casey Anthony’s $500,000 bond back in August will not be allowed to attend the services, though he may drop by the location where Caylee’s remains were discovered by meter reader Roy Kronk back on December 11th to pay his respects. Padilla hosted a prayer vigil for Caylee back on November 11th.

So, this may be an excellent opportunity for those of you that may not be able to pass through a metal detector, are carrying firearms or other implements of destruction, are prone to emotional outbursts, heavily medicated, fell compelled to harass and slander any and everyone that has volunteered, written blogs, donated, accepted donations, etc. or just plain don’t like going to church to pay their respects along with Mr. Padilla-again. You can pretend it’s a boycott, protest, etc….the site is on public property located near an elementary school. It would be a perfect opportunity for you to show the little children what the real world is all about and scare the bezeezys out of them like the media and protesters did a few months ago-again!(Caylee will be watching along with others)

Nancy Grace will be airing a broadcast at 12:00 noon. WFTV will air the service on the Internet.

So, having said all that, many out there became enamored by Caylee’s photo as her angelic face touched hearts across the nation and around the globe. In the midst of the circus that has been entertaining hundreds of thousands for months, let’s not forget the child who never got to attend and the family trampled by the freak show.

Marinade Dave lives in the Orlando area and plans to attend the service this Tuesday. He will take a card of condolences and will include your thoughts and prayers as the family and the community of this beautiful child mourns the loss of one so young and innocent. Here is a link to his blog-Marinade Dave- that you may express your sentiments,or, you may leave them here and he can copy them.

Thank You-Let’s All Remember Beautiful Caylee Marie Anthony And Her Angelic Face As She Reminds Us That She Too Is Watching Over Other Children!
